I’d probably swap the 140mm Fox Vanilla fork for a set of Revs if I went for the P7.

no need mate, i used to have 100 rebas on my P7 and was taking ages to decide what forks to get wanted Van 140mm but worried about not being able to ramp them down so thought of Revs… got the Vans in the end it they are puuuuuurfect. only bobs very slightly on STEEP hills, transformed the bike

great bike and can take the hits, it seems heavy but i did come from an anthem with carbon bits on it.

they did send the two injectors off to a ‘specialist’ for them to look at and ‘re-set’ as the guy put it, but when they chased them up they said they were shot and b*ggered! maybe the injectors come pre-set….

the car has done 72k the wife had it with 24k on the clock it was used up until about 65k for commuting about a 60miles round trip every day, the last year its ‘pootling’ back and fore to work about 5 miles round trip. she doesn’t hang about when driving but in answer to your question, NO it doesn’t really get a good long run

I’ve seen a P7 crashed into a bombhole, the frame was ripped in 2, one of the breaks right through the crud catcher boss.

Yes, that crash would probably have bent something else had those mounts not been a weak point, but I’ll do without them thanks [:)]

cheers, i cant believe how easy the netgear on my sky broadband was to set up though after full re-install of XP. i never went into the settings via the browser just did it all through the dell wireless card app.

i have recently stopped the crisps during the week and now treat myself only on the weekends….

trouble is when i say treat myself i mean a whole bag of sensations in one sitting, the best crisps though are from M&S, in a clear type bag forget the name but theres 3 flavours and in each bag they have 3 types/shapes of crisp. they are more like party crisps…

the tower lounge is an experience you must go through, i have never seen so many people between midday and 5pm get so wasted.

but what sums it up was the woman who run the hotel, i quote ‘roughly’ when we arrived

to be honest i did have a laugh, but i was happy when the mini bus pulled off and we left on the sunday night.
