I have them on one of my bikes – Fort William, Inners etc and they have been flawless and I’m not the best rider so they will have had plenty of shonky landings.

    Plenty of reviews here

    It’s all the stabilizing muscles

Ta, calling it “core” is what has been confusing me.

What is this “Core strength” people mention?

I have Hope V2’s and Formula The Ones, both offer stunning power but are pricey new. They have both been hassle free also.

Are you sure you do not have borders on the cells?

Click the top left of the sheet to highlight the whole sheet and format it with “No border”.

Actually, looking at it again it’s definately large – I’m 6ft and had a medium but I was right on the limit.

Pretty sure that’s a medium, due to that model not having the sloping top tube. IIRC it was the main criticism of the bike when it was launched and they brought the sloping tube in the year after.

It looks like a 2005/2006 model , I had the vip frame from 2006/7 and the top tube slopes more and has extra material near the seat tube join.

Glennifer Braes in Paisley although you’d not get a long ride out of it although it’s mostly cycle path to get there. Old Kilpatrick hills mentioned above – the Loch Lomond cycle route can take you there so no need for the train.

Edit: you could also get the train to Ardrossan and the ferry to Arran

Probably, your LBS should have the park rotor tool for sorting it out.

What reason do you want professional for, only difference is the networking options. Unless you want to run a domain network then I can’t see the need?

Borken my right one – was ok after 4 weeks, left one was 10 weeks before I was allowed to go back on the bike (they were broken on different occasions). For the left one the (German) doc said if it was on the continent they’d probably pin it but the standard for UK is to leave it alone to heal naturally.

Tin of celebrations and some sort of sparkling German wine that I suspect will taste like vinegar.

It could be very busy as the full area is not open yet but hopefully the thaw will put some people off. Glenshee is not normaly affected too much by winds, as heatherbash says check the Winterhighland site for the latest info.

Have you tried running? When I started that my waist dropped down quite dramatically, according to the stats you burn up to 1000 calories for a 50min run.

I’ve fitted a 2.4MK UST on mine with no issues, it’s a stupidly big tyre though!

    2) Swim with dolphins
    3) Massive waves crashing against the shore
    4) Basil leaves
    5) Binners postings usually make me laugh (esp in reference to Hora)

Going against what everyone else is saying I just don’t get on with the Bel Air, I find the WTB much more comfortable. The Pure V is wider than the Bel Air so that may be the reason.

30-35 with tubes and 25-30 with tubless (ust).

njee20 – do you mean running non ust tyres tubeless on 819’s? If so then I cannot comment as I’ve only used UST tyres for tubeless, if I use a non ust tyre I pop a tube in…

    WackoAK

Being UST they also don’t work as well with non-UST tyres

Explain that? No issues at all on mine using UST and non ust tyres.

we pay an “Open Subscription License” think it works out about £120ish per user per year but allows you to get all previous versions and instant download of the new one when it’s out. Works out at pennies per day.
