What is tedious, is given any thread some feel the need to post their view ten times on the same thread. Almost word for word. It gets to the stage you can guess what they will be saying before they post. Any interesting comment made by someone with a spare 30 seconds in their week is lost. And you end up sticking to the Bike Forum.

Went from a Meta5 to a blue pig with no regrets at all. I did, however, end up getting an Intense Uzzi which I use for DH days or when I fancy a change. I’ve since replaced the Blue Pig with a Summer Season.

It’s good to have both if you can afford it but if I had to choose I’d ditch the Uzzi.

Wors – it will just be the effect of not being used to it. I mainly ride a hardtail but when switching to my fullsus it often feels weird at the start, you soon don’t notice it.

I have the old style Shimano AM shoes but they are now starting to fall apart (4+ years and spend all winter never being dry) and I’m either getting the new version or the Teva Links. I notice that Singletrack Towers have taken delivery of a pair of tevas so hopefully they will be commenting on them.
