It's bound to be due to climate change and the burning of fossil fuels as this is the cause of all problems with the planet isn't it?

Set the sag by bouncing fork through travel several times then measure it, don't measure sag by just sitting on then getting off.

Twatting the swingarm is the approved way of removing the bearings, can't see how a threaded rod and big washers can remove them

Don't be afraid to tw4t the swingarm to drift the bearings off, the welded area is very solid. Not sure what you need copperslip for though, never used it on mine.

Threaded sleeve and 2 bolts, undo bolts and only remove one of them, use the other bolt to pull the sleeve out, might need the swing arm being supported to take weight off the sleeve, I assume bike is in a stand and rear wheel removed, this helps a lot.

As part of MrTall's riding group I'll second the Ayups, yes there may be better etc but very happy with mine and more than enough light for most things (30+ mph last night on some of the descents) through the woods

2.1's not as good as the 2.3's, I use the 2.3's and have been using them constantly for the last 12 months, all weathers, all surfaces with no issues. Never found them draggy either and run them ghetto'd at 25psi front and 30 rear on an orange 5 (nev on rear, blue groove on front).

Had pneumonia about 6 years ago, couldn't exercise for about 6 weeks, took 3 weeks before climbing the stairs didn't require a rest half way up. If it's an option, get yourself somewhere hot, 2 weeks lying in the sun worked wonders for me (pneumonia diagnosis coincided with pre booked holiday)

Tell you what;WHY don't some of the above post some cartoons of the prophet on here,I will link them to one of the many Sharia websites in the UK.Surely since so many of you hate the fact some of us are religious you will want to make a stand against the fastest growing religion in the UK? Or do you lack the courage of your convictions?

Mmmmm – religion and fighting, this seems to be a recurring theme

Personally, I don't believe but at the same time have no issues with anyone who does, as they say it takes all sorts…

At our local Tescos the other week the horns were used to alert all the boy racers sat in the car park that the police were coming, I was fuelling up and heard lots of horn blowing, next minute a police car drives in to the car park as a steady stream of vehicles with blacked out windows, gobhole exhausts, spoiler kits etc trundled out of the car park

Right then, I'm off to sell my house then live in rented accomodation for the rest of my life and p1ss all my income up the wall and advise my children to do the same so when the day comes that I need care the state can pay for it like it should, I have paid in to the system all my working life (from age 16), why should I have to pay twice ie buy a house to pay for care later? Either we have a NHS or we have private health care. And as mentioned above, lets stop spending our money on other countries problems and sort out our own mess first, then when that is done we can start helping others. it's about time this country looked after those that put in to the system and start f*cking those that don't off back where they came from.

Christ, must be a different MickArms to the one the Clent Duffers (TM) know, he's normally an impatient moaning git  maybe his near death experiences coming back from the Quantocks with his Ayrton Senna'ish lift has calmed him down 8O

*****DO NOT READ IF YOU DON@T KNOW THE RESULT*****

Don't think it was a classic, think it was fairly tame really once the track was dry, still shows that overtaking is very difficult once you get in the dirty air as showed by Hamilton, 2s per lap faster than Alonso but couldn't get past, Alonso unable to get past Massa, genius decision by Button. Nice to see the young guns not intimidated by Schuey, wonder if he is having second thoughts about his comeback?

Totally agree that this kind of advertising should be used here and also should be shown before the 9pm watershed too, needs to be instilled in people from an early age. Also believe the law is too lenient, death following drink driving is imo murder as it was premeditated, you knew you were going to drink and drive, no different in my eyes to shooting or stabbing someone, you had a weapon with the intent to use it.

Two features that I would have would be either side of the trail would be nice soft landings so when it goes pear shaped (as it usually does for me) then nothing gets broken and the other is an obvious one that no one has suggested…….a plane on a tread mill so you can see if it takes off

votchy, how accurate is that Nokia tracker thing?, the route seems to go across grassy feilds at some points

Dunno, it was dark so may have been across the fields

Unable to give grid ref at work but if you zoom in to route in map mode there is an obvious bit where we double back then cross the original route, located directly below the B4194 sign.

Suppose you could ride 3 bears and caravan either way but they would both be up hill and not much fun.

Entrance to 3 bears is not obvious, as you climb fireroad it is on the right just after a RH bend in fireroad, just head in to the trees and you soon pick up a defined trail.

zippy – search youtube for it, couple of vids of the final descent, 3 bears is the opposite side of the valley that cambers runs down

gamo – I had same issue with both XT cranks and older LX when using the shimano BB, there is a coating on the spindle that seemed very susceptible to damage, been running a Hope ceramic for 3 years now with an RF chainset and not a mark on the axle. Bearins will only be out of line to each other if the BB threads are not aligned, facing the BB doesn't make any difference imho

Bush – route runs anticlockwise starting at the duke william pub, the route in from Kinver that zippy suggests would be my choice if you are looking to get plenty of miles in otherwise it becomes quite a short ride @2hrs plus the hassle of driving etc.

The route includes climbing the camber, the three bears (very narrow, off camber, roots and rocks and a long drop to your right plus a short fast descent, keep left on this unless you are confident taking drops at speed) and caravan (fast swoopy singletrack that follows the contours well).
