GAME are doing the best deals on XBox One and PS4 packages if anyone’s interested. I’m very interested but am lacking the necessary coinage

Amazon deals were better than those on Saturday, the xbox one with assassins creed bundle was 299 and you got a free wireless controller!!

Wonder if this will be the end of them or whether they will as before bring another drummer in, suppose a lot depends on what contracts have been inked for live shows next year.

So I took my dad and son to Llandegla yesterday, we rode the red to start, I peeled off and did the black, my dad walked a couple of the steep bits on the red (he is 67), we had a bite to eat then left my lad (he is 16) to play in the skills area while me and dad did the red. Unfortunately my lad stacked it in the skills area while I was approx 30 mins from home on the red. Big thanks to the guy that looked after him and helped him back to the visitors centre, thanks to the guys at the visitor centre for patching him up. Trip to A&E when we got him and luckily no fractures. Great day had by all even my lad who is quite sore today but in good spirits. Definitely worth another trip.

We are only going to enjoy ourselves

Pros: none that I can think of
Cons: double the sh1t for your neighbours to deal with

although the cons only apply to your neighbours, probably doesn’t bother you!

One front pocket houses my insulin pump, the other houses my blood test kit. The one rear houses a couple of energy gels and a pack of dextrose tablets and the other rear houses my wallet. Been like this for a long time and dont even notice they are there.

I’ve been type I since I was 4. I’m excited by this, but it’s tempered by the cynical voice in my head which points out that a cure for diabetes has been “5 years away” since I was old enough to read the news

    +1

Was diagnosed at 7 yo, 38 years ago, been waiting for a cure since then, my 16yo son was diagnosed at 10 too, hoping this does come to fruition but am not holding my breath. There was also something about a cure that they are trialling in Mexico however I am more sceptical about that one.

I am heavier than both of you (105kg) and so far have found the enduro compound smorg on the rear pings off my local rooty trails at 28psi, felt better at 24psi on the rear with no appreciable increase in drag on tarmac, the CM enduro compound on the front, was the same at 24psi and now running at 20 psi. These are mounted tubeless (went up a doddle) on stans flow, 26″ flavour. See how they fare tonight in more moist conditions.

I am in the process of a claim, currently in limbo as the offending operator are waiting for the outcome of the appeal case that is not due to be decided until next year. Not sure if there is anyway to pursue this or just wait for the court ruling

On a side note, does anyone else find privacy glass fitted to other cars really irritating as you cannot see through it when exiting parking spaces, at T junctions etc or is it just me?

Gravity Dropper here, 5 years old and only had the plastic guides replaced once, strip down clean and reassembley takes about 20 minutes and do that 2 or 3 times a year, 125 and 25mm drops, slight wobble in saddle if you grab saddle, totally unnoticeable when riding, release mech is fixed point and only the saddle moves so no dangly cable getting in the way, remote drop lever functional and quite tough as its resisted many crashes without issur. Wouldn’t change for anything else and definitely the best upgrade I have made.

Another user of the Aldi watch here, so far so good. One question I have to users of this watch is can you set it to autopause? Have sometimes stopped it for coffee stops and then forgotten to restart, does anyone know?

I use the Geax Datura TNT, easy set up tubeless, roll a lot quicker than previous mud tyres when conditions are not filthy and work well in the mud too, cheap at Planet X at the mo too.

This has probably been asked before but why is it acceptable for cats to sh!t anywhere, but law that dog owners have to clean dog sh!t up? I am not of the anti freeze solution but we have a nice little flowerbed at the end of the drive near the front door, the smell of cat sh!t on a nice day is disgusting and the owners of said vermin think it is funny, they do get upset when it is deposited on their door steps tho, hasn’t made them control their pets but has resulted in me receiving a letter from the council as cats and owners are above the law but victims are not!!

That was going to be my suggestion a Pharmacy or Hospital, least you’re sorted

That was what I initially tried but the joys of 16 year old kids was I got the call at 11pm last night about it!! The hospital gave me the number last night to call at 9am this morn, my post was a ‘cover all bases’ kind of thing.

Anyway, things sorted and now I can relax in the office instead of a 300 mile trip up the M6 :D

Set up not that long as long as you take your pump settings with you, keep mine in the box with my back up when I am away just in case. You can print your settings off when you do a download.

Does the crown race sit just inside the head tube acting as a shield? The bearing and crown race O/D’s look like that may be the case.

My wife is a health visitor, no mileage rate for her, has to pay extra for business use insurance and she cannot get a parking permit so gets hit several times a year with parking fines (ticket issued in residential areas in the time it takes to walk to visit to obtain guest parking permit and return to car to display in screen, private company will not revoke ticket once issued even with NHS supporting documentation etc), so her costs are rising as we cannot afford a new car so year on year they get dearer to run :(

The same has happened with my Rubber Queens, returned one and had warranty replacement, since that both have developed the same thing but are now 12 months old of light useage, wont be buying continental again now as I think this is really poor and a google search shows it it not uncommon. Mine were the tubeless black chilli variants so almost £50 an end.

I bought one and tried it last night, seems to be pretty good, picked up the satellites quickly and the mapping software uses google earth, exports in multiple formats and the graphs are nice and clear, seems ok so far.
