AFAIK they have the right to read and access your email – its on their system, it belongs to them.

Its worth getting a hotmail/yahoo/google account for anything like this in future.

I also feel compelled to post about a dreadful experience at Bettws cabins including poor heating, no where to wash or dry clothes, uncomfortable beds and so on.
It was so bad we moved to the Afan Lodge and never looked back. MILES better even if it did cost a bit more.

I use R1's on my Motolite and moved my Ones to the more DH orientated Spicy I'm building. Both brakes are stunning IMHO and the best Ive used on any bike. You cant go wrong IMHO. Bleeding R1s is easier than the 09 Ones due to the better placed bleed valves. The Ones need the lever removing from the bar to do properly.

    no – bloody annoying too!
Im either thinking of buying a whole bike like the 216 and selling all the parts of it to get the frame. Dont like graphics either this year too!
Only Froggy and DH model available as frameset in 2010.

unfair dismissal is extremly hard and lengthy to win im told, constructive dismissal seems relatively easy in comparison and the documentation I have already indictaes that would be a relatively "easy" win.
I think their biggest concern is they want to gag me post leaving….

30k is in deed tax free – its set out and offered by the government and has no bearing on my employer

wow – thats a lot of quick feedback, thank you everyone.
This wasnt intended to be a willy-wave and Im not pleading hardship but I am being shoved out of a job I love unfairly.

I do have legal advice, now I have reached this decision with my employer, my legal representation has asked if i want them to handle the negotiations re settlement amount or take care of it myself.
I feel like they probably know better but wanted a second opinion.

My employers are offering to pay legal expenses but capped at a few hundred quid to literally cover the legal checkover of the contract they have provided me with, they wont pay to cover costs associated with a lengthy negotiation.

thanks again for the advice, I think Ill hand it to my lawyer to handle why I go and find a new job……sigh

interesting comment in the dirt 100 magazine this month about zesty and orange 5 being the only outstanding trail bikes there is (or something along those lines).

Northwind – Id be interested to hear your comments on 5 vs zesty if you could.

    thanks

PS R1s are very easy to bleed. The Ones slightly more complicated due to location of bleed nipples.

I use R1s on my motolite upgrading from Elixir CRs. Power, modulation and weight were all significantly better. I just put a pair of The Ones on and whilst they are definitely more powerful, the lever pull is significantly longer which although a good thing for a downhill orientated bike, might be a bit of a chore for XC use.
Personally Im a fan of Formula brakes.
