Can you just pluck them out with the root and send them to me please.
I believe I can get them transplanted onto my head.

Sumari,if you had my nose hairs transplanted into your head,,you’d end up looking like f~#king Don King..

Rest days don’t exist for me,,when I’m not at work I look after my 3 year old son. When he’s at nursery, that’s only chance I get to ride/gym/swim.

Not getting back into biking after a 17 year break sooner. Realising, once I’d joined a club that I’ve been missing out on loads of stuff including some mint holidays and a whole new social life.

I think getting up early and going for a quick blast to be back by mid morning might be a struggle, seeing as you don’t know the area.I’d get in touch with Michael @ qwackers@hotmail.com for more info than you could shake a stick at,he ,Uplifts with https://www.google.co.uk/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=2&cad=rja&ved=0CDYQFjAB&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.bikeshuttletorbole.com%2Fchi_siamo_deu.php&ei=CtkJU4XnLuKc0AW_zIDQAw&usg=AFQjCNGTrOvQHs4j1KLiDfYr_JpuxAjP9Q&sig2=nMO3Qj_JzIuK6BNtYqPg0Q&bvm=bv.61725948,d.d2k
As for steep and techy,,you’re going to the right place, trouble is,once you’ve done one run,you might find yourself pushing your luck with the missus.
    Enjoy your hols.

I have the same dilemma.Just built a 456 ti and am looking for some light but strong wheels to replace the narrow superstars that I have at the moment. Was recently offered some used Stans flow on Ibis(novatec)hubs or some Mavic 819 on hope pro 2 . Can’t decide . Can’t afford a new set either.

The back run is short,,not worth making a journey for,,
    Northface is dissapointing.
The best stuff in and around Grizedale is off piste,,there are some great descents if you know where they are,,(not on the trail centre map)
N.B. I was there a couple of weeks ago and a couple of the popular rocky downs have been turned into mud by logging plant :-(

Sat outside the pub after a night ride last summer he was looking at the bikes propped against the wall and said “Yours (the Soul) looks like a proper bike”

    You sure about that?

Like Postierich,I’m becoming fattist too.People are just letting themselves go and becoming lazy. Some people were always meant to be fat no matter how hard they try to lose it,I know people like this and I sympathise.Others choose to be fat through gluttony, lack of willpower, zero motivation. Some of them may blame health issues but it’s probably their obesity that caused them initially.
My blood boils when I see a bariatric on a mobility scooter stuffing their face with a supersize burger and chips.

The Saturday rides won’t be the same without that big camera lense pointing towards us on the tricky bits..Hoping the good work of the people that helped Simon will result in a full and fast recovery.

Props can work,I pretented I’d gained access to future bride and grooms hotel room to play a few tricks and found a bag of naughty sex paraphernalia.I slowly emptied the bag and displayed the contents of the bag whilst providing a commentary, nothing too coarse,it went down well.
Try not to read out a full speech from a sheet of paper,as said before,a few reminders on a piece of paper and fill in the bits in between from memory.
Reading cards?just pick out 2 or 3 at the most(preferably from people who couldn’t make the wedding).O did this and apologized to the people who wanted to hear their names mentioned.
Keep it clean bit add a bit of innuendo.
Just remember, the worst that can happen is that you make a total tw4t of yourself.

Before I posted this I’d also been looking at the write ups on the cotic Bfe..It was all lookin good especially in the What Mountainbike review, until that is they mentioned that the largest sized frame will be too small for anyone 6’+ .Would that also apply to the Soul?

i would never trust a Halfords mechanic after i took my exes Carrera in,under warranty, with an off centre front wheel..He thought he could pull the wool over my eyes by loosening the skewer, moving the wheel slightly and re-tightening it so the wheel looked central,,What a d1ck..he eventually admitted, after i told him as much,,that the wheel needed re-dishing
