I've been unable to ride for three years now, I tried to push myself too much during the first year and have suffered for it since, including being let go by my employer last month, so I'm now on benefits with no prospect of a return to work in the near future…
so take it easy, maintain some basic physical exercise routine, ride around "the block~" several times a week to keep your cycling legs active but do not end up miles from home feeling exhausted. If you don't feel up to something don't do it, and don't let others pressure you into it. Drawing would be a great idea, there is also considerable benefit in doing things like yoga and pilates according to research. Ask your GP for Vit B12 injections, some benefit identified in research for taking Co-enzyme Q10, 5HTP, NADH and St Johns Wort

I love mine, 57 plate, still sharp as a pin handling and winding the engine past 3000 revs delivers a good kick in the back as the valves change configuration. not so great on motorway journeys as it is geared for acceleration rather than 70mph cruising so is quite noisy, does suck up petrol if you cane it. I use a Saris Bones on the back, the roof spoiler means you have to detach the straps and feed them under the spoiler, but thats no more than a two minute job, to fix the straps at the bottom I mount the towing eye in the rear bumper, again a two minute job to remove the cover and screw it in. Not so handy trying to fit bikes inside, the seat squabs don't lift up and the rear seat back is full width as they use this as a body shell stiffener.
The later model has slightly longer legged fifth gear to improve motorway performance

Get one of those grabber things with a rubber coated pincer at one end and a squeezy handle at the other end to close the pincers. worked for me

we've got it, in a dark (smoked) version, looks really good when laid, but had some issues with quality contol on the width of a couple of panels which were a mm or so narrower, it has been down for about 7 years and still looks good, some scratches and dents but less than an oak floor elsewhere. Very hard due to it being a silica rich plant

seems daft not to really. Once you’ve stiffed it, it’s just a bag of meat, why would you care what happens to it? Rip the useful bits out of me and chuck the rest in a cat food factory, I couldn’t care less.

Couldn’t agree more! I’ll have no further use for my organs
