I like the A2! What about the Q7? Not only the ugliest Audi ever, one of the ugliest cars, period.
Quite like the A1,my mate has one, boot seemed small…and the battery lives there…a spare wheel would have been better use of the space.
The interior is typical Audi, very nice indeed. If you can afford it,buy it.

And a big Thank You from me,organisers, marshalls, photographers etc..
Was impressed by my fellow riders, some talented riders out there and more importantly, friendly ones…being encouraged by riders as you overtake them was a “first” for me…P.S. not that it happened THAT often..

I enjoy riding in all conditions….it’s cleaning the bike and gear afterwards that’s a bind.

I bought mine last November,56 cm,carbon forks and discs. I’m 5′ 10″ and it fits perfectly. All I’ve done is stick Rocket Rons on it and raised the bars a bit.
I use it mainly off road great fun. I live in Stoke if you’re ever over this way, you’re welcome to have a spin.

You can have a car when/or if you have kids.Stick with bikes for as long as possible.

In fairness you’re 16 stone,so a steel frame won’t exactly hold you back.

I’d avoid Stoke if you don’t want to experience the best atmosphere in the Premiership. Up The Potters!

She can sing, that can’t be argued with, but the dreary shite that she sings leves me cold.

Stick with the lycra, you will look a tool, but so what? Baggies are for lardy/rad types.

I’ve been thinking about replacing my Punto for well over a year. The OP’s 3 choices have been considered, but have been put off the two VW options by the problems that other posters have mentioned.
My Brother has a Touran, decent enough car,but it’s had the ABS/ESP problems….and no spare wheel? My Grande Punto has a full-sized spare..
A mountain-biking pal has had loads of problems with his Passat,it’s now out of warranty..and the problems continue.
Would really like a Legacy estate, but the running costs put me off.

I took the CX root last month (geared)Great fun..amazing what can be done…I thought tow paths, gentle trails, but it’s fine on our local singletrack.

I’ve got one,a lovely bike to ride,…can’t see much point in replacing it.
For balance,I’ve rode the Cotic Soul and Sanderson Singular and they’re both fine bikes.

Well,we went out today….and it was slippery, but great fun on the Cross bike, coped with the roots and frozen mud ok,but came a cropper on a track.Wheels just went straight from under me.Thankfully no harm done.
Riding home along the A34 in driving rain was grim. Out for more fun on Tuesday night.

The video made me chuckle, but I’m not fussed about bikes people ride,or how much money they have. Riding bikes is good.

Rainbow, for most of the country it’s been the driest year since when ever and this lot is bleating about riding in mud. If that’s not whiney…

Do you have any idea how whiney some of you sound? Embrace the conditions, you’ll be dead before you know it..

Wrong site for practical advice. Do any of your friends/family know of a reputable plumber. Sounds like a proper balls-up.

Medusas are fantastic in the mud,not much cop on anything else.Everything is a compromise. I’m too lazy to chage tyres,Fat Albert on the front(good, but not great) and a well-worn Advantage on the rear(a great all round tyre)

They’re nice motors and were on my list of possible new cars, but they have their problems, expensive to fix and not great to drive.

50 next month, hard tail only for me. Used to have a FS bike, sold it,cos it felt a bit daft having two bikes.Initially thought I’d sold the wrong bike. A few months down the line and I love it.
