try Taff cycles over in Merthyr usually good for roadie stuff.

old style type LBS if you haven't been there before.

dont always post Aberdare rides on mtbwales as usually short notice or late starts as most of us have kids. so email me and I'll let you know when we're out and about, we are not a pacey bunch yet but working on it

    hope to catch you soon

had a tomtom loved it, then it died

Was going to get another tomtom but a great deal on a Garmin Nuvi swayed me, big mistake!!

Takes you the crappest way possible

cradle cup is always falling off and ends up under your feet.

just feel like smashing it at times I hate it so much

I'm going to get a TomTom sooner than later for sure

ta for the advice, I'm sure it would taste rank as well.

have been using lucozade sport powder in tubs seems to make a big difference over plain water, during ride and post IMHO.

Is there any good deals out there on bulk buy stuff?

had to squeeze a ride in on Friday as this weekend was given over to family stuff to build up brownie points. Saving them for 4 days in N.Wales at end of month, I just hope the weather is half as good then.

Today it will be awesome were ever you go for sure, most trails dried out too nice.

Afan – the wall was dry and fast.

but it did rain with hailstones so sticky in places but would've dried today – nice and mint – just wish I could go back for more damn kids parties

It's a great scheme I know loads of folk who have got bikes this way without which wouldn't have, so helping economy and encouraging people to use a bike – surely that's a good thing – for work or not
