No not me, i have occasionally gone with that combo for long descents (snowdon etc), but with aviator style googles, not DH type ones…

In fairness we do say “clip in” – as in “Argh crap I can’t clip in!!!” when starting on a rocky down. A problem toe clips would likely solve now I think about it… Oh no, they’d just be upside down and snag really wouldn’t they. Scrap that, silly idea…

Yeah, i ticked flats, as more riding time on flats, but I do have spd fitted bike, and spd pedals for other bikes for when the mood takes me…

You can wait a lifetime for a moment like that. I hope you were staggering deadpan in your delivery.

No, but I always imagine you’d need to be this guy to get it all perfect. If you find one post feedback. What is the frame, its something I’ve love to know the secrets of.

Well I’m starting down this path right now, it did ok today, got pretty rough, skipped to diff sprocket at the back I think, but I didn’t lose it. My chain is one link too long at present as well.

Bike is a Meta AM btw

I found one ripe for the picking! I got 5th last week when I stopped, went back, did a bit again, then trundled down the loose rocking road of discomfort on my hard tail. 5th!!!

Bitch gonna be mine I thought. Today, game face, bouncer, high speed compression off, go faster sunglasses. Pinned it. Hit all my lines. Felt sure I 2nd at least. Nearly checked at the bottom but though no, this will not change how i ride [much], got home, STRAVA NOT RUNNING!!!

Turns out if you minimise it while it’s still ‘locating’, it doesn’t play…

    well now I know.

Either way, Cheers – found one on ebay, and now know its worth seeing if I can force it (chain should be one link shorter in ideal world) with the S/R pliers.

Cheap tool off ebay or cheap tool that’s cheap to make if you have the metal working tools?

If the latter then giving it the 🙄 seems a little unnecassary.

Wouldn’t necassarily be through the night, avoid rush hours would leave the middle of the day available for inner city deliveries. staff would be available to receive them etc…

But the important thing is the government is shown that there is support and a real demand for things to change.

Cider? The punishment for excessive drinking on a young system will come all on its own. Be very happy to see him the next day, with sudden movements and loudness.

Also, no way this is the first time. just to burst that bubble for you.

the LAST techy bit on Rangers pass, I still claim my line was good, but not enough commit, front too far down not far enough forward, weigh far enough forward, supermanned, well more Usain Bolted, one arm out infornt, severe bruising, but no more. both lucky and unlucky.

Nothing, I went to a bike shop and bought stuff. I feel good, helps that I have an awesome local[ish] bike shop in Boneshakers of Harrogate.

Zee cranks, x9 10sp on the rear end and a fibre flare rear light (very impressed with)

Yeah I took the intentional decision to remove mine, on a rcoky decent, in the wet… and just an allen key too. All the really cool people don’t have the adjuster any more… 😳

The bit about the helmet is equally frustrating / moronic / ridiculous.

Its irrelevent, she may, or may not have been wearing knickers. Doesn’t change the fact she was run down and killed. Oh I’m all cross again now, I’d calmed down.

I had some air pikes which I killed the remote for, learned to live with it. If I’m riding with friends the pace tends to be slower so rarely lock out, if on my own I might be giving it a bit more, and like you say, descending on road.

Ah, when I bought a kit it was only lowers stuff, so less space for confusion. 😆

Website tells me they have expanded their range.

    1) not as such, but I doubt the TF stuff is 5w if its from their lowers kit, thicker stuff keeps everything better coated – which is all the stuff in the lowers does so-

    2) Nothing (other than waste oil), as above its just to cover everything in oil. The bike radar is for old Rev (dated 2010), so go with the rockshox advice for your fork.

*unklehomer is not in anyway a prof. fork fettler, just a keen enthusiast.

But yes, it gives them weight increases the proportion of MTB aphiliates. Also they have been good for STA, and are the best bet atm IMO.

The water provides a soft landing, and the swimming is good for elderly joints. That’s some considerate thinking there actually.
