I always give them one month then phone every few days, leave messages etc, and if they still dont collect I then phone them and tell them I am selling the bike or throwing it out for the scrapmen….they come asap then !

having now spoken to an engineer it would seem i’d have to get a whole new system installed, and all the pipe work moved as its all upstairs…big job and mega £££

carbon monoxide is the killer

british gas put the co2 tester in the room !

I have a CO tester, but how low can they read CO2 at, all very well at a high level what about low levels ?

more worried about CO can these units fail ? When speaking to Vokera they spoke to me as if I was an engineer,I dont know anything about boilers !
