Enjoyed it, thought the 3D worked really well in some places, but also thought it is a bit schizoid in the audience it’s aimed at. Limbs & heads being lopped off, but then loads of stuff aimed at kids. Maybe I’m too old for this ****.

Yep, I went for X-Box last month with Forza 4. Played GT on my mates PS3 shortly after & found it a lot more arcadey.

From the Bible. Matthew’s genealogy refers to Joseph’s line back to David, going through David’s son Solomon. In Luke 3 there is another line which traces the link to David through another son, Nathan. Although both genealogies name Joseph as the father, they differ in that Matthew’s account names Jacob as father of Joseph and Luke’s names Heli. So Heli then was most like Mary’s father, as the line of descent was not passed through the mother, which also explains why she is not named.
The importance of Joseph’s line is that he was in an adoptive role, which would give Jesus a legal right to claim descent from the line of David.

Jesus mother, Mary, was also a descendant of the line of David.

Re XBox, I’d say 250gb too. Bought one 2 weeks ago (just before all the deals appeared) & I’m enjoying it much more than I thought I would. Get music loaded on the bigger drive & you’re set with a mini-media centre.

Get Kinect & it’s voice controlled. Had more fun with that than the games. That said, definitely get Forza. Awesome game

On a guided tour of the Marble Arch caves in Fermanagh, at the point where the guide talks about the absolute darkness this far in without artificial light, an American lady was heard to express amazement at how much darker it would be at night.

There’s a crowd meet up every so often round there for leisurely runs. More strenuous riding can e found closer in to the city I think.
