Unless the new temperate autumn winters we are now experiencing are the result of climate change, but as that ain’t real…..

Of course it’s normal for November, what we have experienced for the last 18 or so years as autumn and winter are abnormal.
Look at the footage of UK rallying when it was sponsored by Lombard, every November, regular as clockwork, the RAC would hit town and it would be a whiteout

Link road and both quarries both take water very well, you cant miss the link road as its signed both ends and as plain as owt.
Id avoid Rammy, Helmshore Stubbins & edenfeild etc on the way in and drive to the end of the M66 and hook a right at the roundabout.
Park at the back of the council offices instead of the side of the road if you expect it to be dark when you get back, but to be fair ive never had a car or van diddled with even next to the trail bottom

Also this, slowster, I often say to people at the end of a rollocking, if nobody tells you that you are doing something wrong, how will you ever know how to correct it or improve, and it’s now your choice if you want to carry on as before or take on board what I’m telling you…

Reading the case notes and taking on board what the experienced tutors on here have said, on top of the way I and my group were instructed, I’m absolutely convinced the defendants methodology in tutoring was totally wrong.

While I’d agree pedal dipping in cornering is a very advanced technique, I’d argue body position, attack position and when to alter weight with heel position and why is of the utmost importance to riders venturing on tough terrain for the first time, or the first time under instruction

. He told them that there would be protruding tree roots on the track down from the summit of the hill, and that they should approach them with caution, positioning their feet evenly on the pedals.

Feet level on the pedals over roots?
Basics say heels down to unweight the front and stop an OTB when a weighted front wheel hits an obstacle.. Body positioning does the rest, too far forward, arms locked out and a death grip while on the brakes, I’d say with that kind of instruction an accident was inevitable.
Just bad luck the poor burger landed as he did

But until employers and corporate types step up to the plate and pay a living wage, on the 4th of Never as that will hurt the shareholder dividend i’ll add

Until the Rentier classes stop seeing any steps towards the above being an excuse to increase profit

Until workers and unemployed workers realise their true power, unite, organise and form the ability to bring change or even ruination to the above by simply downing tools or civil disobedience en masse

Until all of the above realise there will always be an element of society unable to participate in paid employment for a host of reasons, and this group will need subsidy from all of us who are able. And lets stop this lie that there are elements of this group who are feckless, idle, bring nothing to the table of society.
EVERYBODY contributes in some way, The gutter press go out of their way to find the fraction of a percent who by some misdeed on that partcular week seem on the face of things to prove otherwise.

Until that day, we need enlightened government legislature to protect the weak, to cap the runaway greed, and yes make sure that employment is always better than a life on benefits.

If your PC has decent speakers, this should sound as good as the vinyl I ripped it from, ripped at a sample rate of 44.1kh at 320kbps with Audacity software

My home computer with standard sound card
    Honestly

It sounds like your sample rate of your rips, too low cuts off the higher and lower freqs leaving an awful hollow tinny sound

    ulysse

And me footflaps, as long as it’s a good samplerate. A 128kbps rip will sound fine over most home and car systems if ripped at a high enough sample rate

Why do the mp3s sound bad, genuine question?
I’m guessing sample rate not bitrate , over any actual hardware problems
