Single-sided swingarms FTW. So much easier to adjust the chain & get at the rear calipers. Plus they look the chihuahua’s cojones.

These look like they would do the trick:

No idea on the quality of the parts though, never used bikechase before.

Thanks for the suggestions – I’ll check them out! I wear a Forcefield back protector on the motorbike so I know how good that stuff is 🙂 The Rockgardn stuff looks interesting too, CRC are still stocking their gear…

Mrs Uber went pillion a number of times on mine, the seat was fine, the pegs were a bit high, even for her at 5’4″. She really liked the Triumph grab rail though.

You’ll love it – I regret getting rid of mine, best engine ever!!

Mrs Uber rides a 14″ Five – it’s the same frame as the 5 Diva Long. She’s 5’4″ and short of leg. The Diva Short must be pretty dinky, for her the reach on her Five is absolutely perfect.

Orange have a couple of Divas in their special offers section too…

Mrs Uber’s 14″ Five just before it left the factory a couple of weeks ago. Special build of a 2005 frame with 2011 bits. Goes like the clappers!

Nice KTM! That’s the 990, right?

Yep, it’s the time for all the people who’ve not ridden over the winter to come back out again. I’ve no problem with that per se, but it’s the eejits that think they can immediately ride at the same level they were at last September, after 6/7 months of nothing. I’ve seen some appalling riding in the last week or so!

Was there yesterday, one poor chap broke his collarbone on Barry Knows Best – luckily he was staying in a hotel in Peaslake so it wasn’t too bad getting him back there.

Slippery as hell all over though, couple of places I was up to my axles in mud! BKB is ok on the lower stretches though, once you get onto the hard packed stuff.
