    Thanks Sterner, docrobster
Yes shoulder replacement a possibility. The doc told me also it’s normally an old persons injury.

The lawyer has said if I want to know what value is put on it it will be taken from the book of Quantum if I was interested..

No not surgically fixed as yet although the independent consultant I saw yesterday said that it possibly should of been surgically fixed at the time. If he had to of made the call with it being my dominant arm, self employed builder/carpenter he probably would of operated. My consultant keeps saying we can always operate in 12 months if it doesn’t do what you want it to etc.. to which yesterday’s doc said he doubts very much if they’ll re-break something yo try and fix it.

The other week Leisure Lakes took over 2 hrs to bleed my rear guide only to ascertain it neefs to be sent back to Sram under warranty as there must be a leak in the system.
Do you have the new shaped caliper that requires the Sram ‘Bleeding Edge Tool’ adapter?

Damn you people. Was up until gone 1 on this..bloody addictive.
1.12 won’t let me move forward.
4.10 stuck on this for ages. All the others like this I managed to draw a line from the centre of leg/base through the centre and work out from there. 4.10 however doesn’t let me get an exact halfway point in the given line. Any tips for me please?

J won’t be working particularly hard and my legs don’t get cold. Bare legs are just going to funnel rain into my shoes so am looking for a solution.

I was hoping the breathability of softshell might be a plus… obviously not.
Looks like it might be bib-leggings then. Do they come in XL sizes ( british xl not Italian xl ) and how do legging fare when wearing something like a five 10 flat pedal shoe. Does it just funnel water into the shoe?

I don’t be having a lot of faith in those Thaad defends systems if I’m honest.. at What stage doth ‘fire and fury if you do it again’
    become an action?

Honestly, life’s to short to be doing what someone else wants you to do.. It’s all about the harmony, if your wife doesn’t want you to and you want to there’s no harmony. If you don’t mind going in the car with said wife there’s harmony..I’m sure you’ll work it out.
As to the original question.. no, it’s not rude.

or in the case of a good steak, man shows meat the fire, then serves it not beyond the help of a good vet.

As a farmer mate of mine would say when asked how he’d like his steak done..’take off the horns and wipe it’s arse’.

    Charcoal everytime op.

    Daylight. I was wearing hi-viz.
He should of seen me, he didnt.
He came out of a R-side road to turn right to join the lane I was in. A witness coming the other way saw him come to the junction, go to pull out, hesitate then pull out. I guess in trying to beat this ‘witness’ he hasnt spent enough time looking.
