Yep I had this happen after carrying out an update – completely killed the card. I’m currently using a 2G card until HTC sends me a replacement – they’re out of stock at the moment.
If ever you do any upgrade take the card out first. Not good!
Great phone – I still love it but I would get in contact with HTC about this as it’s a known (but not admitted) by HTC.

stratobiker – it’s an orginal 62 Strat made in Oct 1962 (my birthday month)although it has a Nov 62 neck date stamp. It has original reciepts, hangtags, invoice etc. Plays and sounds like you wouldn’t believe. I play it through a 1971 Fender Princeton Reverb amp and it’s awesome! Shall I post some more pics?

GP’s are going to be in charge of more and more fund holding – way too much power. Most GP’s are money motivated sadly.

My advice is always the same, go to a guitar shop and play lots of guitars within your budget. Ignore the brands and the guitar will find you!

For me personally, my faith in a loving, caring God becomes very real when science can no longer provide a solution to a problem (cure if you will) but prayer does. Having faced situations and crisis in my life that to the world looked hopeless, for me, that’s when I see God stepping in and my faith is strengthened through answered prayer. According to every Doctor and Consultant my wife should have died from cancer but I believe that God cured her when the only hope we had was in trusting Him.
Can’t prove it scientifically, don’t feel I need to either as my wife is a living testimony, as it were.
This is just my two penneth but felt I should contribute.

Okay, so if I want to find 3 “safe!” banks or BS can I assume, for example, that if £50k were deposited in Lloyds, Natwest and Barclays that £150k would be protected?

Equally, C&G, Nationwide and Standard Life?

Well I know that the government will protect up to £50k savings should a bank/BS fold but if you had £50k in Lloyds, Halifax and C&G and the Lloyds Group went down then you’d only get £50k protected not £150k even though you had £50k in each – so I’m trying to find out how best to protect the money.

Anyone want to buy a Mandolin?
