What remained of the lower bearing was stuck in my frame too, I had to get a long screwdriver and go in from the top and tap it out. A bit cowboy but it did the trick.

The one in my fatty went the same way in about the same time. I dropped the forks out to clean and grease and the whole lot came apart, bearings all over the place.

I called on-one and just got told to but another lower race. I went FSA instead.

I got the elliot Brown Canford for xmas off the missus, was really chuffed with it and their customer service after a few emails back and forth so i finally spent my xmas money. I know it’s the end of March and its not an xmas watch but it counts if bought with xmas money right?

I found a shop locally yeasterday that had the Bloxworth in stock so I nipped out to have a look and came away with this.

I fancied the same watch but with the leather strap but really didnt like the clasp on them.

Have no idea but you should sort those weeds out and your tyre logo needs aligning.

Cheers for the replies all. I have a Thule roof rack carrier in the shed, all she needs is a roofrack but she refuses to carry them on the roof.

Might take the bike and car for a try at a bike shop.

twoniner – what’s the reason for selling?

I was in a position last year where I was able to build up the bike I wanted to my own spec (I already had the Fatty)and since then I’ve hardly ridden it because the Fatty had always been my go-to bike. My bikes hardly get ridden as it is because I work away and when I’m home I spend time with my daughter.

I have reluctantly decided to sell the fatty because I need to ride the other rather than it sit in my shed.

I am also looking at getting a CX bike.

Selling mine with lots of extras 😉

The On One fatty has made my main bike (TallBoy LT) redundant. I have always wanted to own a Santa Cruz and custom build it to my spec but since getting the fatty it’s just sat there because the Fatty pretty much is a ‘do it all bike’.

So….The fatty has to go so I start riding my SC.

Luck of the draw when you go into PC world I think. You get the odd store that has someone there that loves what they do and know their stuff. We went into out local one on Sat after a desktop, cracking fella and well informed.

Some post offices are rigid and others turn a slight blind eye. It probably is a scam beacause the next one up is a meduim parcel and the price jumps up quite a bit.

My other half is English and is learning slowly. My Daughter is 7 and I want her to speak Welsh.

If you are English and decide to settle in Wales you may struggle to get work in certain areas. If you went to live somewhere that has a native language why wouldnt you have the desire to learn the language or even some key words or phrases?

I use Morrisons Bangor and Welsh is very much used by most of the staff. I speak welsh to staff when I go in there.

I’m sure I’ve seen 2 of those fly over my pad on the North Wales coast a few times.

Going against what I’ve posted I do like the new Subaru XV

I thought long and hard about a 4X4 when I bought my new Vauxhall Mokka. I had the choice of 2 wheel drive or a 4X4 one.

As much as I would have liked the 4X4 I struggled to think of an instance in the past where I really needed my car to be 4X4. We have snow once in a blue moon but when we do i park down the hill.

Generally the tax is more on them too.

Just bought an Osprey talon from the classifieds, may nip to Cotswold and have a look at the osprey bladders.
