When selling a car always make sure it has one minor fault that you highlight, then put on advert and receipt spares or repair.

My suggestion would be to put it on ebay and put the cash towards a Little Thurlow for M/F or Contura 51L, the best woodburner “in the world” {in a Jeremy Clarkson voice}.
Sorry never replaced the internals on a firewarm, but if you post some pics i may be able to point you in the right direction.
As for the Aldi question can’t help, never been in a supermarket. :D

My post above still applies, the s10 is pending for Defra approval.
I would not fit a stove to a clay lined chimney without dropping a liner down.

If your stove is Defra approved, i’m sure the squirrel is, then i would suggest dropping a 5″ liner down, it’s possible it could be condensation which can be a problem with clay liners.
It is often assumed that water coming down a flue is rain when it is condensation.
In my experience a lot of clay lined chimneys fail the pressure test.
Get the fitter back out to check it.

Best go hunting, unless you want dripping condensates and the associated fire risk.

Keep clearances to combustables as stated in regs, ie if the wall next to flue pipe is plasterboard + skim this is classed as combustable.
Does the stove have hearth exemption, if not you will need a concrete plinth to regs.
If you join pipes the top pipe must fit inside the one below with gas tight seal, fix pipes together using stainless screws.
2 x 45 is ok as long as you can get the brushes in to sweep all the chimney, short telescopic off top of stove so burner can be removed without disturbing flue, most stoves can be swept through the stove.

    It’s all in doc J, planningportal.gov.

When i worked on a building site we had a fry up every day, used to see how many different things we could get on a sandwich, bacon, sausage, egg, beans, black pudding, mushrooms, toms and cheese, it was a killer using a shovel after necking that lot down.

I do this kind of thing quite often, loading m/f and woodburning stoves into customers cars, had one last week turned up in an Audi a3 cabrio to pick up a 120kg stove, i offered to del for £30, tight git insisted taking it and i dumped it on his front passenger seat.
I suggest you take a few blocks of wood to get the boiler high enough so the balance point is level with the lip of the boot, plus a couple of large cardboard boxes one piece on top of another so you can slide the boiler in.
The other option is get it sent to you on a pallet, about £45.
