As has been said above- chest mount and mount it upside down..

had exactly the same problem.. been through loads! i got measured by spesh and was told i should go for a 143 saddle.. which i did. great for first 20 miles then started to get sore. bought a 155mm spesh romin evo pro and voila- found the one that fits! i needed one with a cut out in the middle and also with a curve side-side. the romin evo also drops away at the front as well which is good for climbing..the spesh powr is also a great saddle.

Thanks Phil, apreciate the lengthy reply. I’ll do this this afternoon.. as I said I definitely thinks it’s a sticky piston.. never knew how to clean them though.. cheers!

OK. . Did as instructed but unfortunately it’s not much different. I think it may be a sticky piston. When pads are out and I have a block in place and push the lever I have a good feeling lever and it returns.. take the block out and put the wheel back on and press the brake- brake works then lever doesn’t return and pads drag..

@solamanda . If I loosen the bleeds crew and push calipers back will I then have to bleed the brakes?

I came across these on the bay. I’ve personally never heard of them- but they have been used widely in schools so must be fairly robust! Decent specs for not a lot of money..
    Item number
    172298806467 on ebay.. ?

Thanks a lot for all the input folks. I liked the look of the vostro but I always thought the lenovo would be more robust. I think I’ll try and bag a lenovo and look for one with a SSD as well.. 🙂

Yeh I was thinking of getting an ssd put in it. My worry was that the i5 in the vostro wouldn’t cope with gopro editing..?

    I’ve been in contact with

    Engine Control Unit

They have given me a price of £190+vat to recondition it if it’s doable..
Just wondering if anyone else has had anything similar done and where?
    Thanks

@bigyinn- long story short. I am staying in Greece now and looked at a doblo. Bought it then lost all function from the accelerator pedal. Took it to garage, they then sent it to someone else who deal in ECU remapping. http://www.mega-speed.gr . They say it is a common problem on fiats and has to do with the signal from the throttle body.. 😕

I’ve not been on them long (about 3 months) I’m contemplating seeing the gp again as any climbing on the bike and I’m tired way quicker than I should. I’ve also heard that there really hard to come off.. 😕

It’s a 1.4i I’m getting the chance off.. so no dpf, dmf etc.. I read online about several of the electrical woes and I’m expecting parts of the plastic trim to fall off.. :D.. right, thanks for all the info folks. Think I’ll go for it.

Cheers folks. Yes it is the tailgate version.. I realise that the electrics are poo on them, just wasn’t sure about anything g else.. its the petrol version so hopefully not as heavy on clutch’s as the diesel.. cheers folks.
