I’d say something for mini DH is probably too heavy for trail centre mincing, and therefore gives you the excuse to buy 2 bikes :twisted: if not the Titus bikes on On-One are good value for something different. I’ve got an FTM and it’s great. The El Guappo would build up nicely if you wanted something bigger…

Cheers singlespeedstu, I may give that a go. From the pics it looks like the guide bushings are moving from one slot to another, I may try KS direct and see if they can be replaced.

i’ve learnt my lesson and won’t use them again, I’ve got wheels and pedals from them and no problems (runs off to touch wood. and no sniggering in the back) Several friends have their posts and have used them with no problems. I got a friday afternoon one unfortunately and am having to find out the hard way what their customer service is like

Rode last night and I’ll be out the door soon (unofficially of course)

it feels tight, but does creak a bit… the bike does get off the ground fairly regularly, and it’s not an expensive stem on there anyway. I’d rather part with the cash then spoil my, er, good looks. 8O

That’s what I’ve gone for, bought from all terrain cycles as they were cheapest.

Thanks for the help, certainly a few options! I’ll probably go for the Sunline stem (yes, I’m a tart), the Spank’s a bit too short although it does look nice… and the headsets brand spanky new so don’t want to take it off if I can avoid it.

A shorter stem would be an easier swap, as it’ll save swapping headsets over :? FSA you say…

the gaps 8 or 9 mm I suppose. It’ll clamp tight, but the top bolt is tighter than the botton one (if that makes any sense)
