you can get wax repair kits that involve melting the right coloured wax into the scratch and polishing it up when set .

I am a dog owner and he is on a lead most of the time I cannot trust him not to run off if he smells a rabbit or something .
I hate it when another dog runs up to us with the owner saying its alright he is only being friendly He does not know if my dogs is friendly though .

My brother took his dogs walking both on leads when this happened to him and his dogs bit the intruder .
the Owner then had a go at him to which my bro calmly said Oh I am sorry I have insurance for them so get your dog sorted and the insurance should pay up .
this calmed the situation down a bit until my brother said I will have to report that my dogs were on a lead and yours was not so might compromise your claim a tad.

Fife a bit far to commute but for the money they have quoted I could be persuaded

I have Never put scotia beads around a Karndean floor they are for wood floors to hide the expansion gap

20 sq mtrs of karndean da vinci including 9 mm ply and fitting the going rate is about £60 per sq mtr plus the dreaded VAT this is a ballpark figure as different ranges are differing prices

Most squeaks happen where pipes have been layed so be mega careful when screwing boards down

Ha Ha Karndean warranty dept are the wriggliest in the world its always someone else s fault when a floor fails .

If you have old and creaky floorboards then 6 mm ply is not good enough go up to 9 mm ply and screw it down but first deal with any squeaky boards .

you could use a product from Jumpax to insulate the floor but again the old boards need to be sorted first .

as the bikes have evolved is it the bike or the rider
rigid got beat in the races by front suss then came fully and started winning
SS also wins so who is going to be the first to win a big race on a Fatbike

Maybe that could be your next big challenge Terrahawk take the Puffer on a fat bike

I have Amtico (which is the same)

No its not Amtico will out last Karndean by a factor of lots

Amtico Spacia is a similar product to Karndean but it also has a thicker wear surface on it than all the karndean range

I went 1 x 10 on a Fatty to bavaria but cheated and fitted a ghost granny and manually dropped the chain on to it when the climb got too steep and long
but for most stuff in the Dales just use the 1 x 10

that does sound like the thermal protection kicking in

but can you check the battery voltage with a multimeter when it has dimmed down .

the light only needs 10 ish volts to run properly and the battery should never get down that low
lowest it should get is 13 volts so it may be some cells have given up under load but are recovering when resting

I can check out the light head for you. but you would need to get Smudge to check the battery and charger

to discharge fully set the light up outside and make sure there is a good airflow over it and leave on til it dies then check the voltage you might need to briefly connect the charger to restet the protection circuit

one other thoughtbis the driver circuit has become detachedfrom the heatsink this would explain the light being cool when it happens
