Loving my Mega weighs in at 32 lb on our b-room scales
love how it climbs but then I am no racer and will never use it to its full potential going down ( too old to bike young )

Jason when do you lot get out for rides as could do with getting out more .

Plenty of good open moorland routes , not a lot of forest type singletrack .

all uphill from Malham but once on the top bridleways in every direction so some good loops can be made up not a lot of mud as it drains well .

someone commented on a previous thread about 30 cals per mile
so for me last night that would have been 600 won cals so nearly half the MFP quote
will give 30 cals a mile a go for a few days and see how it goes.

Yes gone for 2 lb a week loss and fairly strict on the portion sizes and now I have got used to
small eats I get full feeling after meal .

I did wonder if muscles were building up as fat goes down as I have rather ramped up the biking from none to every day
and hills that were bottom gear and a wheeze are now a couple of gears higher

allows me 1370 cals plus any winnings from exercise.

an hours walking the dog this morning won me my breakfast of poached eggs on toast.so still got the daily allowance left.

The little silicon lights that smudge sells are pretty good for pooches collars

Strange niche market for dog walking lights as for a price if it was for sale gawd knows
there is about 30 hours in that one and over £100 in bits

Google earth says its 169 metres to the barn

five pics from low to the full 3 amps
