Yeah i posted Mike, but i did quit and a new job has come up. I am unsure if its more of the same ? money or life , beers inside me and i am torn . I rode a fantastic event last week that i had trained for and loved it rather than – dragging myself around with no fitness and hating it ? Bills and holidays need cash ,families need cash but if I’m not here to enjoy the fruits well ? its tough call , i like spending time with family and family like the cash ?? Ohh to know the answer ? i guess its about growing up and putting family first- but at what expense ?

Yep chosen by wife even the colour and how i paid for it , no trousers worn by me today, on a plus side i got to choose the number plate. i will be sad to see “Devon” (my swifts name ) go in px we had 7 glorious years and 94,000 miles together . Can anybody guess why i named her Devon ? does anybody care ?

Be careful , Vac pack foods will increase the shelf life of the foods but current FSA guidelines is nothing over 10 days from when it is produced, it may of been produced Monday and vac packed on wednesday ,vac packing extends the shelf life by inhibiting bacterial growth (as there is no oxygen present BUT and this part is important botulism and again BOTULISM can? be present after 10 days . I have been a chef for 23 years and use sous vide cooking as well as batch cookery methods . I would not eat it or keep it ,possibly you will have no problems but somebody in your household might have a dormant bug or is coming down with a bug and BOOM it could effect them . The way i look at it is “do i have the money to buy a new pie ? am i that skint i NEED to eat it ?if you can afford another pie buy another pie ? Once Botulism is present every thing needs to be destroyed. The fridge the plates the cutlery hell even your kitchen will need raising to the ground .I am not even joking .

I reckon tight Northerners charging to park /camp in a field soured it for a lot of folk . Also pubs putting prices up for the day as well . I walked to end of my road and watched it then went back home to Watch Lewis smash Silverstone
