I had a swift sport from new and had it for 7 years till my 1st baby came , i did 94,000 miles in it , The best most fun car i have owned, great drivers car great handling, after 3 years and the warranty ran out i had it chipped and fitted an induction kit and performance exhaust it was mental (but drivable) do it get one ,i can see them being a future classic in 10 years time . They loved to be thrashed as VVT comes in around 4000 revs get one. I would defo have another .

They are all different apparently ? we went for a birthing pool , it was fantastic – for the first 20 hours – 20 to 48 hour was nightmare as Mrs got out and wanted bed . luckily we live .01 miles from Hospital (quicker to walk than drive?althought not at 4am for the 3rd time ?) go with what the nurses say they know best and good luck xx

MTB dan , i just moved back to Steeton in March after a 20 year spell away, i moved from Steeton all the way to Eastburn last month , i am about after Christmas and new year on a Mondays or Tuesdays for rides. Bridleways are few and far between but rides can be cobbled together using road sections to connect them ? alt we could drive a bit and hit some cracking routes , just let me know .? :D

In a pub in Charlton , south east London , when 2 local girls were talking about a recipe using white pudding they had seen a chef on TV make, one girl had never had white pudding and inquired what it was so the other one told her (dons a mockney sarf Landon accent) “well you know black pudding is made from blood like? well white pudding is made from the white blood cells innit” they then discussed how the blood was separated in one of them spiny things like in the lab at school. then talked about a peado teacher ,love London boozers

Congratulations – My boy was born 11 days ago so this is new to me as he was our 1st, i have had 2 rides out (both about 1 1/4 hours ) i am in a permanent state of jet lag (we both are) i only notice when i see normal folk to chat, HE IS AMAZING changes every day . After 2 days we felt he had been here all our lives, he cries a bit ? sleeps a lot and makes me laugh when he is awake .
Moses basket yes its a shop window for visitors they don’t pick him up they just look
Cybex Sirona swivel seat adjustable back saver(its the dropper post of car seats)
Breast /pump formula – it doesn’t matter just keep IT? fed
    prepare to cry
Christmas is still Christmas ,i got some nice things coming (like normal ) the wife has too , Granny is ace , Enjoy the change , it will take over you but for the better and yes every one has an opinion- think they do any way from the car you buy to blah blah – we filter out what we do not want to hear , but with our first child we suck it all in ? DO NOT
I remember my first drop off and my first drop in (BMX and skateboard) they hurt but i knew that before i committed off the lip ?- so will being a parent !

It will also come naturally as we are designed to do this – go with the flow enjoy and do take pictures
Congratulations once more , i finish my paternity leave on Tuesday so back to work Wednesday i have loved the 2 weeks getting to know a little man who cannot speak or do much – but has changed me and bonded like nothing has ever before .

OP i have been there a couple of times , Defo speak to Union get advice ,ultimately your sanity is more import ant than getting one over ,you have made the decision to write the letter (how good did it feel?) i was in a similar situation and i walked away with my families support – what is around the corner is better than what you are going through – do not waste precious time looking for a way out – take the way out and live . Also defo get back out on the bike .

I have worked as a chef for 24 years , most weeks i work between 65 and 75 hours ,some days are 8am till after midnight with out a sit down break and eating while working . I love it .i have travelled around the world for 3 years with a formula 1 team ,travelled round Europe 3 times with rock bands and cooked with chefs at the top of the game ,i have eaten in the world best and i have a life that my friends envy . They do not see the 75 hours or the driving home in the dark a broken man after a tough day .
Choose your carreer and work as much as you want ,if you love it attack it and shine , doors will open and your future will map itself out , if you watch the clock and moan about hours ???? well use your time more effectively and ride bikes if your good you might even get paid (but just watch you don’t train and ride more than 40 hours ????? :P
