Red Bull origanally came from Thailand and is still sold there as Gating Dang (red bull)and Dieter M/Shmitd(current owner ) tried it whilst in a Taxi going to a toothpaste conference ,My Thai father in law uses it if he drives long distances ,its good for a couple hours concentration if you really need it but to sit at a desk or just do your job, your rotting your brain ,#trust me

You need to head for Donegal and, Glenveagh national park ,its about 1 and a 1/2 hours from Ballycastle, otherwise there is some cracking moorland above Downhill/Benone and the moors of Limavady 20 mins away .Im afraid there is some cracking senery but elevation is limited to Donegal side of Loch Foyle where you are ,but its worth a venture over ther foyle from Magilliagans Point to Donegal but remember you are then in the south(technically) and they are all boney arsed bog men!(probably)

DPD use far too many Easton block drivers who if they can’t be arsed to drive somewhere just put not home on the sheet. Also drivers for Yodel have to pay their own fuel so if a journey seems far they don’t bother. I prefer to call up the shop and ask for royal mail ,CRC left my last pacage at the postoffice opposite my house which made sense rather than taking to the depot, good work chaps.

Baaa,Baa, Baaa All the mags gone CX. I agree, i wanna read ATB bikes,on big hills or big Jumps ? Not Paunchy road bikes and Lycra, dont do it again, do a feature on Retro bikes or something, not another sport.

Id happily **** Gareth the web developer, who commands the road when he needs to that is not what cyclists need ,im sure a lot of us drive in London and also cycle ,as a cyclist its my responsability to keep safe?

Smudge sends his lights out in days and if there is a problem sorts it the next day ,lights use connections and batteries and components, that we then take in the woods and on the moors in all weather ,they will go wrong ?and smudge WILL repair quickly and you are supporting another biker and thats all.
