This was from Superstar when I got my order sent last week,

Hello thankyou for your email, we will update status via emails on your order and account. You will get a notification once your order has been shipped and collected by our shipping partners when it happens.

We are moving to a fulfillment warehouse so parts are in several locations. Your order may ship as two shipments. While this is underway we are not shipping every day from the Lincoln warehouse.

We apologise for the inconvenience and will process orders and emails as fast as we can. while we transition to the new warehouse

So the company maybe shut while the transition happens?

Only 1 set of bottle mounts on a XC hardtail is a massive put off

I also noticed those wheels are 23mm internal with 2.4 tires, Yikes..

A few comments here about the commentary team on the BBC but it was the same commentary team on Euro sport 2
I got the feeling they may have been hired by Euro-sport rather then the BBC as Euro-sport (Discovery) are the European-wide rights holder to the Olympic coverage, so the BBC used their commentary team/feed and didn’t even bother to get their own commentary team in for the coverage

On the BBC website it has a better explanation of the agreement

I know it’s on Eurosport 2 live from 6:55, race start at 7.
The sports I’ve watched so far on the BBC seem to always have interruptions with other events coming in for a few mins or they go back to the presenting team for a while and waffle on about something uninteresting..

Was working in the city around 2000/01. On the Friday after work we went out for a few drinks once work was done for the week, I was heading to Peterborough for the weekend so jumped on the GNER service in the evening,
Got on fine then I dozed off, Got woken up around 5 hours later by a women with a Scottish accent telling me this was the end of the line, Get on the platform and see Edinburgh Waverley then my heart sunk.
Ended up on a National Express to London the next morning as the train return was too expensive…

You could look at the SILT Cross Country Wheelset 1,510g same width as the Hunt XC Wide 1647g but lighter if weights an issue. There £370 vs £359 for the Hunts, not much in it cost wise but the SLIT wheels are lighter.
SILT are based in Belfast NI

It’s not a lockout on the compression adjuster like you said, it’s low speed compression on the damper at least on my Pike Select that what it does. Putting it full to the right firms up the small bump sensitivity but doesn’t lock the fork at all.

Running a 2020 Pike Select on my HT I only notice some resistance once the compression is on 5 even then it’s not to much, enough to use it on a long climb but useless the rest of my ride

Running something similar as above with a 12spd XT shifter/rear mech, with a GX cassette and X01 chain, 3k so far, it’s still working fine and shifting just as good than when I had a GX shifter and mech..

I only use solid one piece rotors, this is so I can hit them with the my Dremel Gas Blowtorch. 1200c gets rid of any muck.

Brake pads? Is that an issue where you ride?

For my 3 hour local I take the following.
1.5L of water in my hip pack
    Multi tool
2 x cable ties (just in case)
2 packets of Dextros Energy tablets
2 surgical wipes and 1 large plaster (just in case)

If the weathers changeable I’ll pop either of the following in my hip pack as well.
    Rain jacket or base layer.

I’ve never punched on my local so I no longer bother with plugs/spare tubes/pumps

I’ll also only drink water in the hour before I ride so I’m well hydrated before I head out

(Go I to a big bike shop and try on as many as you can)

Not sure many shops will let you try on helmets in the current climate thou?

In the postage bit you can set it up to exclude certain contents/countries. That way you should only get bids from countries you want to sell/post to, It should also block people outside those areas you blocked postage to from bidding

It’s under ‘Create exclusion list’ in the postage section when you create a auction.

I always get my Vittoria tyres from Germany as there way cheaper than than the big UK online sellers even with the the added postage

I’m running 12spd XT mech, shifter with a Sram GX Eagle cassette and XX1 Eagle Chain. One of the smoothest set ups I’ve used, I’ve got the clutch resistance set low with just enough resistance to stop the mech moving on the rough/bumps as out the box it was pretty tight.
With the resistance reduced on the clutch the shifting is amazing.

Not me but saw a guy on a Sam Pilgrim video yesterday who managed to snap a front maxle which sent him over the bars, it was kinda weird of the dude to be standing there in the middle of Colchester with a wheel under his arm with a big cut with blood down his arm taking a selfie with him..

Takes me a 3/4 attempts to get those in correctly, like you say the spring is slightly to wide but once you do get them centered and fitted I’ve never had any issues of the spring moving out once installed.
It’s just annoying to get them set up in the first place.

If it’s a Shimano Hollow Tech 2 type, I find I need to tighten the plastic bolt up on the non driveside with minimal force just enough to to make it snug before doing the 2 bolts up on the crank arm. otherwise mine creaks like an old bed..

Could have the sweep on your bars to far forward causing excess strain on your wrists/hands

I had this issue and by simply moving my bars towards me a touch so there was more sweep fixed it.

    SQ-LABS have a decent guide

What about something a bit cheaper in a On-One Scandal 29er? Uses the same seat post diameter and takes a 100 to 130mm fork.
Could be a good budget frame for less then £200 till your able to sort your full sus frame out.

Mine did up with the spacer but kept working it self lose, I guess there wasn’t enough thread on the free hub I had.

If yours works can’t be any harm in trying?

    trailtom

I had the same issue on some 27.5 wheels I tried using the spacer but that didn’t leave enough thread for the locking ring to tighten up, In the end it got pretty costly with needing a GX cassette and Sram freehub 🤣😂

Might also be worth considering the brand of tires you run as certain companies design their tires to fit there range of wheels,

    Example from WTB

Vigilante 2.5 and 2.6 are optimized for use with i29 rims, whereas Vigilante 2.8 is optimized for use with i35 rims

@saskowski There’s a bike build on the previous page (15) with a 203 on the rear.

    trailtom

    As above.

You also need to know the thread pitch, this is the space between each thread otherwise you could strip the thread in your frame then your ducked.

    PX site shows it’s a BSA 68

Which normally needs two of the 2.5mm spacers on the drive (chainring) side and one 2.5mm spacer on the non-drive side.

    How are the gears shifting?

I would imagine there are no full build photos currently due to the frames most likely being in a container traversing the high seas…
