Used mine for a lot of big days out, Sligachan / Torridan / long days in the lakes etc. Goes up hills fine, I wouldn’t swap it for anything else. I have a 140mm u-turn fork which helps on long climbs some of the time. It is very slack though so probably a bit of a love hate thing with em.

I’m 6’2″ have been riding an 18 since they came out. 60mm stem with an inline 400mm post right to end. Good fit for pedalling up hills. Have tried a 20″ felt like a gate. They have quite long reach and have a longish wheel base with a 140mm fork.
