i had a 5 a few years ago and it was the worst bike ive owned, head angle was too steep, bottom bracket was too low, 5″ headtube on a small frame is just madness and they turned a load out with offset rear ends and when my mate sent his back they just twisted it, oh and the brake jack was the worst ive ever experienced.

with the price increase a couple of years ago they really are out of theyre depth

i got stung on there, stupidly i paid a bloke for a Chris King hub and the swine never sent it, i contacted pinkbike and in the meantime they had registerd him as a scammer. cos i paid him through the bank i had no comeback. i contacted the police both my local and West Mercia with his ip address last log in, bank details, basically all the information i had and they both told me it was each others responsability so i got nowhere fast and it was getting me down so i just left it.

you might want to check the seat tube angle when measuring the top tube it can make a hell of a differance…….oh and just get a Colnago

just sprise it out carefully then rub the lip off with some emry paper so it comes out easier next time, get the number off the seal and ring you local bearing supplies, you’ll pick them up really cheap and can even buy skf, ceramic or stainless which should last ages
