don’t feed your dog human food……our westie had problems with sloppy sh!te..and we found out the people that had him before us used to feed him what ever they ate and it took us ages to get him off it and stop him begging for our food

we tried just dried food and he got bunged up so he now eats tesco’s own dog food or winalot, with a little dried food and mix it acording to how sloppy his sh!te is

certain dog treats will do it also

my advise is get him back on dog food and dog treats fast, no matter how much he refuses

my advise would be not to spend 2k on a race bike and to buy a winter bike for around £500-600 maybe a tifosi alu or sumut steel and if you take to road biking then buy a race bike and keep the winter bike for when the roads are wet

it depends what your doing, like vortex said they can take a real beating so you can whack 6″ rockers a coil and some big forks even triple clamps or all i use it for is mainly pretty rocky singletrack and i find the 5″ rockers and rp23 fine… plus i don’t want to drag the weight of a coil shock around with me

i see why your troubled tho as i’d never even seen one of these before buying this

here i am……..i hav’nt rode this half as much as i’d of liked recently so it may be a little early to tell but so far so good, ive done rivi a few times which is a fair test for any bike and it seems to track like my old horst link 5spot but is a million times stiffer….it is bike you have to ride tho not just point downhill and hope for the best, if you know what i mean

as for climbing its fine, crank the rp23 up

and the build qaulity is fantastic

Bolton are maybe playing better but they have never played good football, they just don’t have the players to do it.

I’m a Wigan fan and have been for 30 years, and we still have 2 big players out from playing them thugs from Horwich almost 2 months ago, so don’t tell me they play good football.

Oh and Mr Sparkle, yes my team are in the lower reaches of the prem and unless we improve could very well end up in the champioship, but ive seen my team rise from literally the bottom of the football league to the premiership and how many can say that?

Bolton football………not a chance, i’m sick of hearing how they’re playing better football, this maybe only because they could’nt play any less.

with the likes of Kevin Davies

    they’re a pub team

managers that play this style of football should be outlawed, along with the likes of Bolton and Stoke etc….cloggers

bikewisperer. would busted o-ribs cause a lack of compression? and are these standaed o-rings or do i need to get them from magura, is the damper a sealed unit i.e. you can't change the oil in it?

    trailmoggy
    Free Member

ive changed the oil (just for my own piece of mind) and did rivi last night, they seem fine so i'll just keep an eye on them and possibly change the seals in the air chambers and give them a complete overhall myself later on in the year

peterpoddy, do you have any good links on how to do this? and were is best to get the seals from?

thanks everybody for all you help

    trailmoggy

theres defo no air been transfered into the negative chamber, its the first thing i tried

i'm gona change the oil in the lower legs and see what happens

do you just put oil in the lower and non in the top?

and does puting say 7.5w oil in instead of 15w alter the spring rate or compression any?
