At the bottom of section 10:

    (1) Carriage of bicycles:

The bicycle must be packaged in a bicycle box or bag
Only one bicycle per bicycle box or bag will be permitted
No other items can be carried in the bicycle box (i.e. clothing)
The handlebars must be flush with the frame
The pedals must be flush against the frame or removed

Passengers travelling with bicycles are recommended to check-in 2 hours prior to departure. Bicycles are subject to the sports equipment fee and exempt from any excess baggage charges relating to the weight of the bicycle.

If he is that paranoid you can bet your bottom dollar that the group policies are that tight on your domain you wont be able to do anything with your laptop anyway….and if they are not locked down then he is an idiot who does not understand IT.

    Try this:

Happened to me a few years back, guy moved over on the front of the bunch in a sprint and brought the guy down in front of me, they came off, i hit the deck hard, got run over by 2 guys who ended up on the deck too.

Result, one broken collarbone, 2 sprained wrists and several cracked ribs…..all mine…..it hurt…..lots…..

Warm up, warm up, warm up, at least 20 minutes of good high cadence spinning with a few big efforts in there too.

Rest as above really, if you can speak, see straight or dont vomit at the end you have not tried hard enough….

I cant believe this thread, is it just be me that thinks the idea of taking a pair of forks to bits just to install a sodding o-ring is utterly f**king nuts…seriously, utterly f**king nuts…..

OP, both you and your mate need a reality check, stick a cable tie on, do what you gotta do then take it off.
