Don’t have them too tight, the classic falling over slowly when stationary and struggling to unclip will happen anyway, just make sure it is in a soft play area.
Then monitor your knees for any discomfort over a longer term.

The briefing for the driver of the Sierra 4×4 estate(!) carrying my mother in law’s coffin last week was: “floor it mate, she liked going fast”!
It was hard for the minibus driver to keep up.

Could you request a meeting? There was some initiative about perps meeting victims once; why not ask if you could give the criminal a piece of your mind. To give you closure, then pull out the Bombers.

Ah, these are the ones I saw this morning! Wondered what they were, Sheffield towards Chapeltown. Sounded like a talkative bunch.
Poor fruit in Scandinavia too? What a horrible year.

2011 Trent Bridge Test, the Broad hat trick (he could bowl then).
    Dravid hundred the same day!

Old Trafford Ashes Test 2005, Sunday, bowl out Australia, Warne getting 90, then England bat, Strauss gets a hundred, we declare and put them in for a few overs at the end of the day. Brilliant atmosphere, great banter. Vaughan’s captaincy, ratcheting up the pressure.

Graphic novel? T-Minus by GT Labs, excellent as always from this publisher.
Gave copies of this and Apollo 13 DVD to nephews last Xmas.

    Done.
I mentioned taxis/minicabs in the “other dangers” section.
A bicycle excise duty? Jeez, are they going to privatize the pavements next and get pedestrians to pay per step!

Win 7, Firefox was the browser, some company website portal open, I think he was technical support because he was saying, “can you turn it off and on again”.

I use the advanced advance stop line technique rather than RLJ 😉

    Grauniad article with poor data:
Apple is estimated to have avoided over £550m in tax on more than £2bn worth of sales in Britain by channelling business through Ireland,
Wow, 26% of £2bn is £550m, we can all use our calculators for that. But don’t you pay corporation tax on profits not sales? Just think how much Apple product we would have bought for them to owe us that much! Such dumbness undermines any legitimate message.

Another trip in the bank with a slow mid section at an Aldi.
The challenge to the mobile battery. First time I have used GPS on my Razr maxx so not sure how much charge it uses…

Nope we cannot. Chuffin’ EE and their “separate companies” schtick.
Tuesdays can be better value at most cinemas anyways.
Or have a daughter on Orange.

I would like to say that postal times from the other side of the world have to be considered, so October is not too early. 😀
The Ground Effect Rock Lobster is back in blue, at the perfect time for my old one to be retired and the useful parts made into dusters. I have a significant birthday in time for the March/April heatwave if Xmas has already allocated.

OP: your friend may be able to get his HGV back once he has gotten used to his Type 1 demonstrating he is in control and sensitive to low blood sugars. How old is he? One way adults are diagnosed is through eye trouble; high blood sugars affect thin veins in eye, and elsewhere, leading to degradation of sight.
Ms TPT lost her licence through peripheral sight loss. A life as designated driver for me 🙁

The cost of the player from your wallet?
There’s probably some better background texture with blu-ray rather than DVD with it’s compression/decompression delay and block fill in. Think Wimbledon tennis nets on BBC1 versus BBC1 HD.

Moto Razr maxx XT910 here, huge battery, 4.04 ICS, 18 months with £100 up front for £16/month. Charge every three days like my Defy but with bigger screen and more stuff turned on.

Seen the list of candidates in South Yorkshire, not changed my first thought to spoil my ballot.
Deputy Dawg is my “write in” candidate.

Good luck to him. Any idea what he is signed up for?
My brother was in the Army for five years, it gave him a trade and structure where education had failed him.
The draw back from Afghan territories removes some degree of worry I would have had.

I find voting to be a good excuse to celebrate the right at the very good pub close to the polling station. I will spoil my ballot paper hoping they will be in the majority.
Then I will have a beer.

Hora has the best point. Listen to Radio Five in the morning, there is always a traffic report concerning the stretch of M62 between Brighouse and Leeds. I’d keep west of there if work in Manchester was a regular place to be on time.
Marsden has A62. Honley/Holmfirth has Greenfield Road, Holme Moss and Woodhead for driving. Train when it snows.

The new Tesco in Sheffield off Savile Street is too big and in the wrong place. It never seems to be busy when I wheel past, petrol seems a penny more than Sainsbury at Meadowhall. The opening of this store coincided with the slide in performance.

How big a file size will Photoshop be dealing with? 40 megapixel images from top of the range cameras?
    Printing onto A0 or bigger?
Displaying on a large format retina style display?
It is nice to have all this technology but I sometimes wonder if output devices can deal with all this magic trickery.
    11 gears anyone? 🙂

What version of Photoshop? 64 bit may offer better flexibility and the opportunity to have more RAM which is always the biggest bottleneck.
Win 7, 64 bit plus 64 bit Photoshop here, 8 GB RAM, 2 GB graphics card.

£80k of bikes? Wonder how much of that he pocketed? 10%, beer or drug money. 50% would mean he may have assets that can be sold to compensate victims?
It would be interesting to follow the money. eBay accounts?

Sorry to hear this, Fresh Goods Fridays notifies us as well as the thieves what lovely bikes you have on the premises.

If iPads and mobile phones have apps for locating them if stolen is there a small enough device out there that can do the same job for items of greater worth? That can put out a signal from within a metal or carbon cage…

BBC is old stuff compared to this sprightly chap:
    106 year old

With that measure you must be very early middle aged at 54! [Says the 49 year old.]

Yes. Did Barnsley to Selby then Selby to Hornsea over two days, too long ago to report on pubs today. Pleasant ride nothing too much of a strain. Easy on a rigid mountain bike. Some Wolds inclines towards Hull but that was the only major up. Also done the leg up to York.

There was a fishing competition just finishing on the New Junction Canal as I was passing, loads of expensive carbon poles crossing the path!

Chine Mieville? UnLunDun is sort of similar to Neverwhere, a bit confusing to begin with but rewards perseverance and turns around conventions of “characters with destiny” somewhat. City and the City is amazing.

    Highly desirable system.
Is there a temptation to put a belt drive on it? Or change the chain ring following the SRAM profile for their X1?
Better start saving … rate of saving versus price reduction looks like I will get one in 2016.

The war with the Sov Bloc in Judge Dredd had a stub gun, cuts through anything when fired but overheated and blew up in the hands of the firer.

Was it the lazy gun or the stupid gun in Against a Dark Background? Ian M. Banks likes his ultimate weapons.

K is at it’s limits and there are soft coatings that provide better insulation performance, U values. Argon in the gap can be good. Price/performance as usual. How deep are your pockets?

Won’t knotweed save the planet? A fast growing carbon capture system that is responding to growing carbon dioxide levels by becoming more vigorous. Just need to lay the dead dry stuff down in landfills for a future coal supply.
