I fly 4 times a week and I do like wheels. But now I have a 40 litre karrimor duffelbag/rucksack from sports direct £35.99. Its done a year without breaking, so 200 odd flights. The point is that it is flexible so I can fill it up, stuff it in any old overhead cabin (eg flybe dash-8’s where a mouses washbag is normally too big).

I have just fitted the 42 and radr cage. Two rides in and it works great so far. Out of interest I wonder how this compares to the Goatlink? Which seems like a very simple solution.

I have both. In terms of action they feel pretty similar. I feel more confident in the Lev because a) its never gone wrong (the reverb has been for a warranty service due to stickiness) and b) its cable so 40% of it is trail repairable. Well I always carry a spare gear cable, but have yet to carry a bleed kit, despite wishing I had one on me a good few times.. I would happily buy either again, but would always aim for a Lev if possible.

My experience with Charge products is that their quality control is utter bobbins, so its likely that the saddle weight is a random variable.

Hora, yes I do charge market rate. Well at the top end actually, but I provide excellent quality stock with a lot of extras.

It is just a business, but unlike letting agents I am carrying all the risk, so my income from rent is the compensation for that.

It is hardly criminal mastermind of the year to take £40 off you, I think they are just a new business finding their feet. I mean Brant, Cy and lots of others on here have been crap at delivery, thats part of the issue with being able to get cheap, but good quality kit. So either suck it up and wait, or go elsewhere. Personally I was courteous and got courtesy back, and I was happy that my 40 quid was eventually going to lead to something good.

I’m 5ft5 and have a 14.5 BFe, which as far as I understand is exactly the same geom. I’ve run it with fox 140mm and marz 150mm forks.

With a 35mm stem and 760 bars it is the best fitting bike I have ever had. Feels the most comfortable and easiest to chuck around. I wish all my bikes were the same dims.
And I am jealous as the xs soul is now no more so I wish I had bought one.

I would only pay an accurate invoice, otherwise you are admitting that there was a visit in march and what was carried out was correct, still leaving you liable for the actual visit.

EJ do not weigh hand baggage so I stuff this full of my clothes and as much gear as possible. Then all spare parts tools and other stuff in my hold bag, and a bit in the bike bag, like armour, tyres tubes.
I did notice at Bristol and my mates remarked at Gatwick that the EJ scales seemed a little tight. I am normally 28-29 kg on my evoc with dh bike and this time I was 33, so had to do some swapping around at check in.
