the beto one is brilliant, and cheap as chips on ebay.
I have this one one which is 16.95 here. Although I paid 12.95 for it, so have a good look around ebay.

but there is also this which is probably its equal at 12.99.

Well done OP.

sadly this is why we no longer change electronic parts over 100 quid. even the most honest bloke making the best diagnosis he can makes mistakes/ errors sadly they cost money and pcb’s can be 300 quid .. so if your boiler has a fault that is likely to be a pcb i wont gamble with my money anymore and advise the cust to contact the men in blue..

Sad for you as an easy profit line is destroyed. Good news for the customer as traders are forced into admitting that actually you don’t have the ability to diagnose their car/boiler issue and can no longer fix it by just replacing everything at the customers cost. Just because some of the customers have got wise to this and are likely to sue you? Perhaps you need better training or diagnostic kit before you enter this marketplace?

I had the best weeks riding ever with Ride Slovenia. It was all mountain/enduro riding (well basically being shuttled to a start off point, climbing a flippin long way, descending and climbing and descending and doing what mountain bikes are for etc).
See this thread http://singletrackworld.com/forum/topic/great-week-with-rideslovenia.

Its a brill place.

Charlie, are you only just discovering that there are judgemental pricks on here? Where have you been man?
As far as I know you have done nothing illegal. Roger Cook used to do it, and deny if asked.

I only know from my own experience though, someone recorded me, without telling me, and then tried to use the transcript against me in court. The judge was not interested, and thought the bloke was a wally..

My barrister advised that whilst it is not illegal, it is difficult to get private recordings accepted as “evidence” because the facts of who was speaking and whether or not the recording has been doctored are so difficult to prove. In criminal cases the cops use approved procedures – RIPA etc..
So I would not worry too much, and it might be useful as a stick to beat the other dude with if necessary..

Me too, effen hate it, was my no one choice. I just wish they had left it the way it was, rather than letting some junior coder wethimself over his implementation of the latest xhtml5xxcssstossfest.
Also they have lost all my old orders.
Never go there now.

And before you say it, I have told chainreaction.com my feelings many many times.

If you were a professional house painter, then it is logical and you are wrong to refuse her. He also stopped his employees from doing so, despite their own freedom. Fits the arsehole description nicely I think.

I am strictly pro gay, the reason being freedom of choice, I think people should have the freedom to do whatever they want with their soft bits, and romantic desires. So I find this very sad, because if the refuser is using his right to be free to choose to do whatever he wanted, (and wishes to confer that right on others), and if he was a true christian, then he would tolerate the right of others to do whatever they wanted over his own right. So his actions are not so much christian, as arsehole.

To me the freedom to do what you want, should not include the freedom to stop others doing what they want. The act of not making the cake is not about allowing the “christian” baker to do what he wants, it is about him stopping others from doing what they want, and is anti freedom of choice.

To be honest, at least you got to read the OP before being disappointed. I looked at the thread title and my heart beat a little faster………..

Ha very good.

I know a guy, married with four kids who pretty much does that whilst moaning about his wife spending on basic necessities

Oh my won’t someone think of the children.
What you described means he cannot afford it.
Anyway I call the Edinburgh defence, I was being facile, it was meant to be amusing..

Maybe he doesn’t

That’s fair enough then. In which case why bother torturing yourself looking at it.

I’m trying to imagine a world where I cannot buy whatever takes my fancy if I earn the money and can afford it. I pity you, is this some form of slavery?

DannyH you were a bit rude to MS DBCooper there, too, you started off criticizing her, knowing very little about her situation and got a bit hand-baggy when she held you to account.
I’ll be honest I agree with her point and think your assumed right to have a high value house makes you a bit of a raging hypocrite as well as a bit rude. It’s no wonder you don’t get on with your neighbours, you sound like a ruddy nightmare to live near. Plus your fear appears to hypothetical and somewhat imaginary, perhaps her paranoia comment was exposing your delusion?

You get barter “credit” for your services, that you can use to buy whatever you need.

When barter takes over the world and money is redundant, I can see this above developing into a system where if you provide a service they give you the credit on the form of a voucher or token. Obviously the voucher or token needs to be a reliable verified method of promise, perhaps they could use all the discarded notes and coins from the now redundant cash system…

yep, crap poll, as it misses out all of those who have ridden with all of them. Means you can draw very little from the results.

PS I can confirm it improves your life/fitnes, after my week with ride sloveniawith healthy food, massive climbs, the heat, gallons of water and the altitude (well 1600m) I can safely say I am 5.8% fitter. I just knocked 3mins off my lunchtime ride. 48.30 mins down from 51.30. Wooop.

We flew Stanstead Ljubliana with Easyjet, brought our own bikes. 32kg bikes, 20kg luggage and over packed hand luggage. You can fly from Birmingham too I think.
Jon at RideSlovenia collected us from the airport so no expensive transfer fees.

I am defo going back, it was easily the best overall package.

He was measuring the lower tension to see when the spoke went slack.
Its a shame they did not do the simplest of calcs to work out the the wheel was just too big, smaller dia rim, like 20 inch would have been better.
Also, some hand calcs will give a good estimate of when the wheel would fail.
Brave…
