Just about finished selling my H/T, component by component and am now left with a 120mm F/S, which I tried to sell but never got a sniff despite the reasonable price. I’d have preferred to keep the H/T over the F/S but needed the cash to fund a new road bike.

Just pointed this b*ll*x at my son – undergrad in marketing and design – apart from being appalled,he reckoned it wouldn’t make a pass mark at NVQ level 3. Equally, he didn’t even find it funny.

Just been de-winterising my multipurpose Frankenbike (on/off road commuter). It has a 2yr old Deore external BB that’s as smooth as a very smooth thing. Just cleaned it and the cranks up and popped ’em all back on – perfect.

5 o’clock start and a quick run down th Aire valley
90 MPH was ok a few drifts about but not that much snow popped into Leeds for breakfast now pff up the wharfe valley for a coffee in Ilkley, cant get much above 80 lots of moving snow.
