After riding a cx bike with canti’s for months, i returned to my 456c yesterday.

While on the road heading to the trails, I signalled that I was turning left, and applied the front brake. A combination of shiny waterproof shorts, having only 1 hand on the bars and stronger brakes than i’d been use to resulted in sore nuts 🙁

trail-gator leaning issue can be cured with washers too, as i’ve done

I’ve used one round Glentress blue and Llandegla Red on several occasions. They can be used with disc brakes, and are easy to fit/remove once you attached the brackets to both bikes (which can be ridden while fitted)

I do have one to sell

    eye drops help

i beleive it is caused because your eyes are too dry, and the wind drys them further.

    glasses won’t really help

BT home hub can block specific devices at times you decide.

I use it to do this, xbox and laptop have no internet access between 8pm and 6am.

It works well, and can be over rulled by me if I need to use it within these times

judging by the amount of ‘travellers’ who live at the one at Danderhall, I don’t think they’d even notice

Chakaping – Thats look similar to what i’ve got fitted at the mo. I don’t like the way the cable is routed.

Any other suggestion, or is this my only option

    Top.Dog

must be the tool i have, maybe not shimano either

    Top.Dog

sorry, they are equal. it’s because the holes are different diameters on each side, the tool doesn’t go all the way in on one side

    Top.Dog
    Free Member

yes, but the groves are at different intervals on each side

Edit: it’s the hole in the middle thats not big enough for my BB tool

    Top.Dog

my 8yo son is about to get a similar op, tendons taken from his wrist and put in his foot (knocked down by a car)

Docs say it is quite a major op, but worth doing at his age.

Just waiting on the skin graft on his foot to heal 100% and he’s good to go
