You dont eat proper meals you just snack . belvita biscuits as a breakfast….

You need to start having proper meals and slow and steady weight loss is the key fast weight loss is not fat its mucle as well.

If u stick with compound lifts and lift heavy you will increase mucle and strength deadlifts etc also use alot of energy so combine with a good diet and heavy lifting you will keep the belly at bay. If you go to the gym and lift lifhtweights all night for high reps you are wasting your time its does not tone its you lifting a light weight untill lactic acid builds up .

I have the new balance nimmus trail that are in the video above. They have been great tbh i used them to do the spartan race quite recently which was sloppy mud and i managed to stay upright the whole time unlike some. Got the spartan beast in novemeber and will be wearing the same again as they are great :-)

Imo its easy to diet and lose weight but its the weight and where it comes from thats matters . Ok dropping your calories will result in weight loss theow in cardio and its even quicker but rest assured as i learnt its not just fat you are losing. Your body needs to find the energy from somewhere if the calories are not there then say goodbye to mucle…

Slow and steady is the key to make sure you lose the fat while preserving as much mass as possible. As i foud out…. The hard way :-(

If all else fails check out a carbon repair place. Its in such an unstressed area that a small repair could solve problem???

The size relates to the grip size for your hand not the internal diametre. Use window cleaner spray if helps alot or hairspray. They will be a nIghtmare to get on dry…

Freaks in what way? I ride my bike and go gym 4 x a week. They dedicate there time to that sport as we do to cycling. Go training with someone who is into lifting heavy weights and see what dedication it takes ;-)

People in the gym do pull up and chin ups on a back day not incorporate them into arm days.

My chumba is at 26.7 and thats no where near the lightest build you could do. As far as i know chumba are still going but there uk support is terrible constant emails etc to them have resulted in me getting no where. I was promised stuff by the uk supplier who i wont slag off as he did do me a good deal on the frame but as far as any warranty go’s i would not count on it. I sourced my own bearings for the bottom as they wore out and the bearings are pretty standard easy to get hold of yourself which is a good thing. My frame was put together by some complete idiot though who used 2 diffirent sized bearings in the bottom linkage which resulted in the metal bar inside being offset making the rear end unstable. Not a great review of the company but the frame has been great. Shame the service is really lacking !

Have you tried using something like my fitness pal to get an idea of your carb, protein and fat intake it might give you a bit of a heads up on what to try.

I went through same thing I lost a lot of weight reached a certain level then could not shift a pound I am fairly slim but I am skinny fat IMO . I have now started weight training and after 11 weeks can already see a huge diffirence ok my weight has gone up but still same size clothing. I think when you diet you lose a lot of mucle mass and by doing the weights increases it again and kicks the metabolism back up to where it should be. Not mention my bad back seems to of gone :-)

I put a 90mm stem on my medium which gave it near enough same top tube length as the carbon 456 if you feel your medium 456 is to small i would go for a large in the vf2.

Fats in nuts will slow down absprtion of the carbs though if your on a long slow plod your ok but of you want energy for permenent effort you need fast carbs. I gave the sis iso gel ago the other week and had zero effect on my stomach and also went down quite well .

I have suffered bad back for years due to the heavy nature of my job. A full suspension bike without a doubt does help as it allows you to ride for longer with less fatigue. But the biggest thing which has helped me is for the last 10 weeks i have been doing weights at the gym using correct form and doing planks etc. my back pain has decreased so much its unreal. Although my back still aches after many hours it is no where near as bad might be worth a try.

A downhill track no uplift. The downhill is good very quick and steep in places . The xc route is a waste of time though very dull imo.

Yeah can get them at fairly low price with plastic roof. If you go for glass add about 2-3 grand more. Range from 7k to a hell of alot more ;-)

So the bay is 10 parts in all will need heavy duty re-inforcing in all parts, bay poles in each corner, bay jacks , a welded cill with re-inforcing then leaded units on top if you look at average of 170 a frame for that then the fitting cost which will be minimum 300 for 2 men thats £2000 atleast without all the trim mastic etc ….

I am a double glazer and that price is well over the top imo. A curved unit would be less than that…
    Where abouts are you located?

I have 1 of the 300mm 1’s . Its been great not many other saws where you can pick up a bit of wood with metal in it and not have a care in the world. Its pretty accurate cuts wood and metal with ease. Been using a dewalt 1 on site lately and its certainly not any better….

For the price they are a good buy and i am happy to buy there blades the cheap enough and last bloody ages…

you will hear many companys say A* rating bla bla bla. just get a good quality system Veka, rehau etc and use a company that gets good quality glass units and you will have no problems for 10 + years.

Its when people get cheap systems and companys that cut corners that the systems are draughty and rubbers fail etc.

same with anything you get what you pay for i have been fitting the stuff for 6 years in that time not a great deal has changed…

They affect people in different ways. I am fine on them can drive play sport etc. 4 a day is too many IMO as you can become addicted to them. Take them only as and when needed.

no mate could not try 1 so went for the cube reaction sl 29er instead.
