I started 6 months ago i now go and do squats , deadlifts , rows , presses etc it was great for riding being a rake on the bike but my manual job was near on impossible and i was weak. I now for the first time in my life never wake up with a bad back like i used to and being on the bike for 4-5 hours is now pretty easy and i get off without feeling wrecked. Tbh everyone should squat its fantastic :-)
