granny_ring the duraflex system comes in cheapest because thats what it is cheap crap generally has no reinforcing and is made as cheap as possible. Rehau system is a safe bet they are a good quality window and the plastic does not discolour quickly and they look good for many years. rehau do a 28mm system for sure i fit it near enough day in day out. providing you get it supplied from a company who know what they are doing it will be of good quality.

go for the 28mm units, for thermal insualtion the pvc windows are best in my honest opinion as ali windows still get cold spots. Company’s try to flaunt the “argon Filled” as a sales pitch but its pretty standard these days every unit i fit has the stuff in it…

depending what company you go with will depend on the quality of the windows/locks they use. ask them to tell you the name of the system if its duraflex just avoid it. its cheap and nasty stuff. Rehau and system 10 are better quality as are plenty others.

With doors as above state the Composite doors now outclass any pvc/timber door they are brilliantly secure and look brilliant for a very long time.

Recently fitted a whole block of flats for local council with composite doors and there was a police raid on a property there. They spent over 45 minutes trying to get into 1 of the doors we had fitted then gave up and smashed through a side window instead was very funny to watch them

i use this diet i have a fair size bowl of cereal for breakfast, then at 10 am i have a small roll, banana and cereal bar. Around 1 i have my a apple and another small roll. then i have a very small dinner around 6 o’clock.

I find this diet keeps me going all day by spacing out the meals also i drink plenty which stops me feeling hungry.

I also exercise atleast 5 times a week 4 nights which are around an hour and on saturday i do a average 25-30 mile ride.

So far i have lost 4 stone 3 pounds but i also do a very manual job. Bike riding has been the biggest factor in my weight loss though.

They are very strong last Christmas i was having trouble with the top of my hips which in turn caused even walking to be severely painful. After my doctor did nothing but tell me to buy some ibuprofen i thought sod it and went to hospital.

They prescribed me tramadol and it sorted it right away i was able to play sports and walk normally again. The effect i get when i use them is light headedness and feel tired. but they do work a charm if the pain is that bad.

just insulate the panels and fit ply to all places you can the more you cover the warmer it will be. my van only has the side and floor covered with ply but i still find it warmer than changing outside. :D

Some of the KHS bikes the xct 555 for example can be used as a trail or light downhill bike and can pedal back up and take masses of abuse and for £999 its a steal.

the khs 604 light trail bike was the same great bike but not alot of people buy them.

i went recently too much improved than when i last went. the boggy stuff was not as bad and i did enjoy the little black run so i pedalled back up and had another go.

Thumbs up to whoever is doing the work because it is getting better.

why would someone say avoid dewalt? there tools are very good. providing you can get them on offer there no more expensive than anything else but last i have had the same 5 piece kit for 3 years and only just broke 1 of the tools but even that can be repaired as everything is serviceable.

IMO any makita that is not the LXT stuff is not that great i have burnt 1 out and my impact driver batteries are now depleted after just 12 month's.

Blue professional Bosch stuff is the best as well as Bosch warranty which is brilliant as well never broke 1 of there tools and the batteries last an age. If you can afford it go for bosch professional

If you could stretch to £4000 could sell you my iveco daily LWB hi top more than enough room for a bed and bikes and anything else you fancy putting in it.

its a 2006 and on 89'000 miles and could do oil change before it goes very clean and i had dual mass fly wheel and new clutch put in less than 8000 miles ago which was £800.

look on auto trader there is no cheaper for age/mileage atm NO VAT as well :D
