they are them but in the polished ali finish with silver hubs and black spokes. look very smart and they are super strong.

very cheap for a set thats meant to retail at £250.

If its the engine i think it is in the peugeot range they have the FAP filter which i believe is a common annoyance. although the 2.0 litre diesel is not as refined i believe its a more trust worthy engine.

used to be part of a peugoet forum and the common problem with the 1.6 HDI was FAP filter also they have a dual mass flywheel which is mega money to replace when it needs a new clutch as you have to replace the flywheel and clutch at same time.

dont M&S do merino wool socks? keep your feet warm allow them to breath and wont get smelly. bonus all round really.

can i recommend not lock tighting them as i done it and i was a real pain in the a** trying to get them out the other day…

There is not really a great difference in the prices if you compare the same specs.

for example the xbox is cheap but you only get 4GB of HD space. add a 120 gb HD and your looking at it being more expensive. trust me 4gb of space in an xbox goes seriously quick.

Felt really bad thursday, still had cold quite bad saturday but went riding anyway at trail centre and felt fine but a little more tired than usual after.

woke up this morning and played an hours badminton and felt brilliant.

still got a little bit of a cold but feeling great. so yeah i think exercising can cure it by giving you the feel good factor. :D

it will fine on any ply they do a tile adhesive specially made for wood which helps it move with the wood anyway so you wont have no problems there.

I got the price for the windows/glass and told him. his reply ” Bloody hell that’s expensive” i was quite annoyed by his outburst and said thats my quote feel free to go elsewhere and get 1 and you will be pleasantly surprised.

Naturally he did and then the next day i receive a call… “I would like to accept your quote”. i new this was coming as i know how much the bigger companies would have charged for the work his next question ” Can you come round now and measure it up” :roll: i explained i have other work and would have to try and get round on the saturday at the earliest he still was not happy about this so i told him i dont want the job and did not bother phoning him back some people really think you have nothing else to do…

Just went and got 1 from mama’s and papa’s the other week supposed to be £70 reduced to £425 thats included footmuff,parasol and the 3 in 1 travel system. i would never of paid £750 for it this is our first child but the limit was £500 anything other that is over the top imo.

Units in conservatory roofs should outlast the 1’s which sit vertically like in the doors etc.

reason being is that when there laying down they should never be submersed in water as there constantly draining. unless someone’s blocked the drainage with tons of silicone like a lot of people do…

The vertical glass like in doors and windows tend to break down when the drainage holes in the frames block and water sits underneath them. another usual cause of failure is fitters not using packers in the frames when glass is fitted.

No one ever gets units stripped and re made i have had to strip a unit once in my entire double glazing career and it takes longer than making a whole new unit. Generally the only they get stripped is when someone wants to keep a unique feature like special made led or stained units that they had made.

Get the units replaced and ask the person who is doing it to remove all obstructions from drainage holes and drainage recesses and it will then not only last a long time but new glass always makes conservatory’s look newer. get the fitter to clean the old plastic with solvent and it will look smart again. security tapes not a issue easy to remove and replace.

The units cannot be fixed basically they have a seal which is pumped in behind the spacer bar inside the unit. When the seal fail it allows air and moisture into the unit which creates the condensation.

Some companys will push fitting new windows saying its better to etc.

The Units can be replaced on there own you dont have to have a whole new window the units are cheap depending what you have but remember at certain heights and area’s need toughened glass for health and safety reasons and to keep in with any fensa certification the windows have.

I heard the crosser but that time it was too late there not slow. I was coming down a hill so i was going quickly too. the woods is owned by council the bit of path i am talking about is a byway to the woods so apparently they are allowed to ride that.

The byway leads to a gate which is then woods its the only thing it leads to and he is not allowed to ride in the woods. So why the need to ride up it?

he should have been going slower though imagine is was a young kid on a push bike. :(

I fitted a 1.5 headset into my carbon frame like that with no problems at all goes in nice and evenly.

i do a short interval training session mid week usually basically go out and ride a route with plenty of hills but a short rest after them i go full pelt at the hills and then spin at the top to get the heart resting again.

seems to have helped me out loads on climbs. They are still hard no doubt but my recovery has improved by loads.
