All setup I just had to put the front wheel on and the handle bars but all the controls were already fitted, there just removed for postage.

Hi I’m local to nailsworth and I’m always looking for new trails. I was looking for somewhere to ride tomorrow (if the weather isn’t terrible). I’ve got a book on Cotswold trails and it says there is a 30k ride that starts in nailsworth so it might be worth a look.

I’ve got one of the first 50 in the black and gold guise, my first proper full Susser and 29er so I haven’t had much to compare it to as I’m used to steel hard tails, but it goes up well with little fuss or effort and comes down just as we’ll.
As an all rounder it’s a great bike.

I’ve read a few bad things about the new Gopro that’s the reason I’m looking for alternatives, but I do like the idea of it working with an iPhone etc.

Hi I’ve read through this thread with interested as me and my dad now no longer have any kind of relationship, at the age of 16 I started an apprentiship as a carpenter/joiner on the princely sum of £400 a month. It cost me £160 to get to work/college, £110 a month car insurance, £30 (ish) pound a month phone contract, with these few out goings I was left with around £100 if I did no extra mileage and didn’t eat and my dad thought it was more than fair to ask for £200 a month. Needless to say the relationship with my dad didn’t last and I moved out. I was lucky enough to have a girlfriend with parents that were understanding enough to take me in.
I have worked every day since I was 16, I then went self employed at 18. I’m now 22 I work for myself constantly have many happy customers, have all the mountain biking kit I could want, but unfortunately as far as I am concerned no dad.

There isn’t much I don’t like about the gyro to be fair, but I’m a steel man through and through. The gyro was my first full Susser after always having steel hardtails. I haven’t ridden a rocket or even seen one in the flesh but its a nice looking bike and if I were to move the gyro on its what I would be getting.

No I have yet to ditch it as I’m to chicken to go fast enough to hurt myself, just bag technique really

Is it a aluminium frame and steel post? And how long have they been in said position?

I have a giro feature in teal it’s light, cool and comfortable and is the only helmet I’ve had that doesn’t look like its sat on top of my head rather than around it, so far very happy with it.
