Had a King for 2.5 years, Killed it a year ago, the bearings flatted and wore out the rest of the bearing. They replaced under warranty and been great since. I’d have another based on their service.
Not used a Hope so a little one sided but all storys help ;-)

You forgot to mention The Bog Of Doom that you need a fatbike to get through without sinking up to your neck.

None in any of the villages you mention. Broadway there’s quiet a few and less than 10mins from Childswickem. There’s a tea room above Buckland on a bridleway not sure if it’ll be open this time if year. Good pubs in Snowshill and Stanton, opening times tend to be lunchtimes and evenings though.
