Some unlucky fella from Sweden hit a kicker a bit too fast and landed off piste in the rough.

    Tolls £60- £70 each way
Ferry last Friday was £64return from Dover Dunkerque.
    Euro breakdown cover about £25
Then there’s travel insurance @ around £50 with Dogtag.

Cheers, flash was being used on some shots. I was only playing and not taking it too seriously as I wanted to enjoy the day rather than get annoyed about missing the occasional shot due to not panning right etc… Last day at the tour for me today, heading East now to see friends before hitting the alps for 10days ;-)

I’d go back to BC over the Alps anyday. I’d have thought in Sep BC would be better as the lifts will be closed in the Alps and ime there’s more non lift access riding in BC.

I’ve bought one. Just film bit here n there and edit it together at home. More for my fun than anything else and to remind me if what a great day I’ve had. Also an extension of my stills camera to put a different perspective on a photography hobby.
Get one if you want to have some memories that won’t fade.

Trailmaps for the good stuff exsist only in the minds of the ones in the know aka locals :-)
Granny, yes they were in my pac but forgot to put them on, too hot to pootle around on but always wear on the descents

why are the chocolate brownies at peddleyourwifeaway a quarter of the size they used to be and 20p more expensive?

New owner trying to make his money back??

xcgb, yeah some good DH trails there, we tend to ride them once on the way back in to the carpark rather than spend the day ‘sessioning’ them.

He bought a trailsized pack of gnarl to try out before Morzine :-0
Yup, Rollercoaster and Dowies were in there, would have the MC trail too but couldn’t be arsed as the cold drinks in the pub were calling ;-)

Lohis you’re bang on, we tend to fix stuff as we see it but in fairness don’t get involved in building. If they/you need a hand in future I’m happy to put some time in and get digging etc. email in profile.
And the video was edited in such a way that I didn’t give anything away. Oh and we did park at the cyclecenter so funded those trails too ;-)

Absolutely right lohis, that’s why none of us will ever tell anyone on line or draw a map to the trails. We respect the work that’s gone in and wouldn’t want the trails worn out like some of the others in the area.

If you can’t get up that first climb and clip in maybe you should get a roadbike!
Skyline is more if a social ride with mates with a bit if Singletrack here and there thrown in IMO.
If I was there for 2 days I’d do W2 on the Sat with another lap of the Whites trail or up whites across and down July trail Sat then Skyline chillout Sunday.

I’ve driven over before, day return. Got there about 11am the crowds were about 10deep, after a while we got through to the front and witnessed all 10 laps hanging over the barrier. I prefer the mountain stages myself so won’t do the CE again. Worth it if you’ve not been as it’s a great day out.

Dobie, I can’t tell you but happy to show you one day, providing it stays private ;-) one thing to note, they’re steep and techy in places, like nothing else down those parts you may know.
Oh and there’s several trails in the bid not just the one!
