Why not try asking totally uneducated nobodies on an internet forum (like STW) for a diagnosis? 😆

Or if you are seriously concerned then change your doctor?

I have a pair of Nike Freerun 5.0 trainers in black. Very light and comfortable. Thinking about getting another pair now.
Also have a pair of Karrimor Hot Rock walking shoes also very comfortable although I have read a few reviews that say that the soles wear quickly.

Make sure that you concentrate on getting your form correct with deadlifts and squats. Plenty of examples on youtube.

    Agree with BigDummy.

Gym work with deadlifts and squats. Start with light weights then slowly work up.

Tie a strong chain to the top of the car port and the other end to the back of your car. Drive as fast as possible away from the car port.

    What could possibly go wrong?

Continue to pump it up every few weeks until you get to the point that it irritates you too much……..

……then take it to a tyre place to fix.

Those webuyanycar type places will rip you off. They will examine every inch of your car and deduct money for the slightest thing. They are very well trained on examining cars for that purpose.

Does the car still run ok with the ECU light on? It could simply be a faulty sensor and could just need resetting. Had a similar problem with one of my cars and bought a car fault code reader off Amazon. Checked the code to see which sensor was faulty, reset it and never had a problem since. Far cheaper than taking it to a garage.

You do realise that they will have returned home and had a good old laugh at you with their friends on Facebook, all of which is at your expense.
In fact, I’m going to take that one point back.

    This email landed this week;

‘It has been noted that some employee defecates (excretes) in communal shower stall, apart from being a health hazard it is also an act of disgrace within our community.

Please refrain from such an act, investigation will be done and disciplinary action instituted against the culprits.

It should be noted that there are sufficient toilets around the mine which should be used hygienically to avoid spread of communicable and gastronomy diseases.’

Optimum Health Ultimate Whey Protein from Discount Supplements.

Taste good and are very good value. I usually buy four 2.2kg bags of different flavours for variety and get a good discount for multi-buying.

They also have some good protein flapjacks for snacking.

Used to live in Australia and knew a few people that would catch yabbies. They used to use traps like a small wire cage to catch them. For bait they would use any type of meat to attract the yabbies, even knew one guy that used a small tin of cat food in the trap!
Cooking was easy, de-shell the yabby, clean them, marinade for a few hours and bbq.

Had two when I lived in Australia. They were noisy but we got used to the noise after a while. As previously mentioned they also have a flexible hose that must be vented outside (usually through an open window). This hose would heat up quite a lot and if situated away from the window would act like a flexible radiator.
One of the them was a condenser type that would collect water through the humid air and would need to be emptied regularly. The other was an evaporation type which needed water adding to it (although it would still work without water but not quite as well.
We actually preferred using the ceiling fans most of the time and pedestal fans.
Now that we are back in the UK we use pedestal fans which we brought back from Aus.

You also have to consider that this happened 38 years ago. How old would the soldiers be now, and by the time that all the legal arguments took place, how old would the soldiers be if it ever did reach a court?

Conaid – so what do you think about the relatives of the people killed on Bloody Sunday, when some of them are now asking for the soldiers to be held accountable? Do you think it reasonable after all this time to seek prosecutions? And if so, do you also think that crimes committed by TJ's so called "freedom fighters" should also be held accountable?

Quote from an article that I read earlier.

Major-General Julian Thompson, a Royal Marines commanding officer in south Armagh during the Troubles, said that if Saville found troops guilty then McGuinness should be prosecuted.
"In that case, let's prosecute the IRA as well, men like McGuinness. How about drawing a line under this unless we want to go and prosecute all the IRA guys who murdered as well? It's ironic that these guys [British soldiers] could be prosecuted and the people who've murdered 20 times more than they have are being allowed off ," said Thompson.
Colonel Richard Kemp, a Northern Ireland tour veteran, said it was a "serious error" to prosecute soldiers so long after the event.
"And let's not forget that we have had IRA murderers let off and not prosecuted and brought into government," he said.
"Let's open an investigation into some of Martin McGuinness's activities, shall we?"
Politicians in Belfast and London now fear that the recommendations of the Saville report may cause huge problems for the peace process with soldiers ending up in the dock.

And like I said, not everybody will agree.

So what's the alternative? We now find the Paras responsible, and punish them, we also find the people responsible for issuing the orders and punish them. That's a lot more expense, a lot more tax payers money.

    And to be totally fair…

Then we should also look at all the unsolved murders by the IRA. Find the people responsible, and punish them. Find the people who ordered the attacks, and punish them. But wait, aren't some of those people now in Sinn Fein and MPs?

Well it should be time for people to respond by moving on, and not start throwing accusations around. Innocent people both British and Irish died at various stages of the conflict. Not everybody will agree, but it is time to put all of this sad episode behind.
