Camouflage. If you can make the out side of the shed look old and run down and hide the locks if you can. My bike shed was looking pritty run down and had one old rusty lock on it. The bikes were chain up inside. It’s good enuf lock for the insurance. I can’t say it’s a perfect plan but I do know a lot of ppl with shed loads (pun intended) locks that have been busted in too one way or another.
Plus never turn strava on near your house and watch for ppl following you home from group rides.:-)

Speshalized vice, my head is 2 ft 3 inch round, it’s not a grate look a bit mushroom looking but it’s super comfortable and vented.

Dates replace unhelpful food with this like dates thay tasted sweet but also keep you regularly so you poop out the things you have binge on more. Also it’s about training you stomach. I use to eat shit loads of food but found that substituting infrequent high calorie food for more frequent low calorie food helped. It stops u being hungry and the more you start to lower ur meal size the less u will have to eat to fill full. D

it’s all about subsitues. I struggle with wait loss fir ages. Got almond milk (un sweeternd) dates insted of all the other crap I use to eat. Thay have lower caloures and help wait loss. Get a fitness friend and strava goals to work with. An get a yoga ball siting on one burns loads of caloures with out thinking to har about it D

ha thats nothing my old man got my 2 brothers 6 and 8 at the time to folow the tractor round a rounderbout (that linked with a jule carige way). his safty warning was keep up wiht the tracktor and ppl will get out of your way 😀 ahh the world before safty:-)
