just had our first valuations and you generally get a feel for how much effort they have put into preparing etc
Also get a feel for communication with how they have arranged the appointment and calling to say they will be 5 mins late etc
on a slight hijack note we are trying to decide between two agents:
A) slightly better impression of work ethic and communication + ‘free’ rightmove premier listing. Have no matching properties to ours but some above and bellow the ‘range’
B)Slightly less impressive pitch + no premier listing but 3 other flats on at our price including one on the same estate that could be viewed together
What do people think do you want to be the agents ‘only’ property at that price or do you want to try and catch more people by the agent having a group of similar properties at your price?
Oh and will you be hit by the 125000 FTB stamp duty lift?
