I’ve got a Norco sight se frame in medium with an rp23 shock on it gathering dust.
I’ve been meaning to put it on classifieds just haven’t got round to it yet.
Same as this but upgraded shock http://www.evanscycles.com/products/norco/sight-3-se-2012-mountain-bike-ec036902?xid=118488&awc=1302_1389477128_e39e6d4c7f24613861cb5517b482855d&utm_source=Affiliate&utm_medium=Awin&utm_campaign=118488#features

Does anyone know if these hubs are convertable?
I fancy trying these but my front is 15mm.

I’m not disputing they are better than real food but to say “As a nutritionist I can confirm that people using supplements may as well pour their money down the toilet.” is a bit misleading.
And I also find a readily available protein source after heavy training reduces DOMS in my experience.

Nobody has asked why he is using supplements. The clue is in the name they are supplements to your diet. Depending on your goals they can be useful if used correctly.
Jonny m, surely as a nutritionist you know this otherwise why would you have had protein in the past as a last resort?
They can be convenient and usefull if you are timing your food intakes and for other reasons than after a bike ride.

Ordered top and shorts and both arrived this morning.
Not massively impressed with the shorts tbh but at the price I can’t complain.

    Thanks op

I got one of the Epic ones for my Avids and it has been spot on.
Used it several times and no problems yet.

If they are o/b model, is it not number 27 in the table?
Which is just green fluid and float fluid.

Yeah, every bulldog I have met has a certain arrogance!
Ours isn’t lazy though, just stubborn and not the smartest.

I have a bulldog and they are as stubborn a dog as you can get.
If mine decides he has had enough of walking he will sit down and you can’t move him until you head in the direction of home.
They are not very heat tolerant neither, so this warm weather does them no favours, ours only goes for walks early morning or late evening in this weather.
    (Never in a pushchair though)

I was advised to use an epi clasp by my physio, it worked a treat and although mine has eased up now, I still wear the epi clasp if I’m doing any repetative actions for a while. If it is tennis elbow it won’t be a quick fix though.

Naughty Needles in Bolton is class, he’s just won best of day at Las Vegas Tattoo Convention.
Downside is he is booked up till about July at the moment, later for Saturday appointments.
Check out the artists portfolio of work they have personally completed and personally I would stay well clear of any artist without a waiting list.

By crack it I mean loosen it, if it rounds again you can sometimes use the next size up.
It’s a bit rough but it has got me out of a tight spot a few times.

I have an old torx socket set which I use to get rounded allen bolts out.
Just use one slightly bigger and tap it in, it will usually bite enough to crack the bolt.

Fair enough, but is that Simons fault?
