Sounds like a pivot table might help. Or better still paste it in to MS Access and use between as a filter.

Ours seem to rotate but they are all cheery, some leave stuff in the Wendy house with a little note, some even just pop the door open and leave it on the mat to save waking up the Mrs.

Or that’s what she tells me!

Probably what you call amateur phsycology components are just control measures anyway.

So what was the obvious objective then?

That dominant males are like women that look like men. Or how dominant a female’s partner is effects your perceptional of their attractiveness.

Tried this once and although I’m not a fan of long top-tubes it was virtually unrideable.

I was using mini v’s and they worked just fine.

…without Rupert Murdoch’s money behind the Sky team?

Lots of the right ingredients are there, the money just opened doors to bring the right people together at the right time and give them focus.

The fact Sky riders mention team work in all their interviews I think speaks volumes.

Having 1st & 2nd I reckon shows the success applies just as much to the management like Dave Brailsford and the rest of the non riding team. Everyone building on their Olympic pedigree. Trace that back far enough though and you’ll probably find it all started with Lottery funding 15 years ago.

It’s not down to one guy or a sponsor, this win will be down to British professionalism across the board.

Funnily enough I’m interviewing some people Thursday, if one rings back afterwards I’m hardly gonna get in a huff for a 1 minute phone call.

You could ftp them all yourself in seconds to a folder, the folder contents would be accessible from the web.

If you want to allow other people to be able to upload via a browser you’d need to incorporate a php upload script in to a web page, and if you have to ask, it probably means it would take you a few days to get that working.

    Fun project though.

Sounds a bit old school these days but what about buying some web space and a domain name, write about 3 lines of html and link to the pics?

am tempted by a Chinese Carbon FM028

Rode an FM028 for a couple of years and sold it on for about the same price I paid. Nice n light ride-able frame, just fancied a change after a while.

If you want to include winter road riding and based on this year’s summer any kind of canal path then disc should be top of the list, for the sake for your rims if nowt else.

Pick up a reasonable strong frame like a Kaff, splash-out on some top end campg and two sets of wheels, on-road and off.

In most cases it’s unlikely that boundary walls and fences are joint responsibility / owned.

Reckon you’ll find it is built your side up to the edge of the boundary. You should have some documents that show the line. In my experience that would certainly become their position if it ever fell down.

So cheeky as foo to start drilling, practically criminal damage.

After today’s performance ‘Shi# just got real’ we actually could have our first ever British tour winner.

So is now about the right time to start cultivating the mutton chops as a national expression of pride?

You just reminded me to set up reoccurring goody-bags, they only just introduced it this month. Am still a bit confused by the top-ups but don’t you generally need those.

Betfair has to be the best value, be shocked if any bookie beat any of their odds.

    To win currently is:

    Bradley: 2.58
    Cadel: 3.25
    Vincenzo Nibali: 23.5
    The rest higher.

Betfair odds are generally as close to true odds as you can get, wisdom of the crowds n that.

**** me that means we might actually get a British winner!

But given our luck and the nature of the tour it might be worth putting a 5’er on some of the long-shots? Plus you can lay-off to take a profit if one of the fav’s takes a tumble.

the pensions crisis is a result of these retired now not having paid enough to cover what they will take

What they paid was spent on the pensions of prior generations. There is no government ‘pension scheme’, they take tax from tax payers and pay it to pensioners.

The pension crisis is the result of the onion shaped population, i.e. people having less and less kids since the second world war so there are less taxpayers in each subsequent generation. Namely moving from more taxpayers than pensioners to more pensioners than taxpayers.

The fault if there is any is the politicians in a succession of government’s for not actually setting up a a sustainable pension scheme.

Been trawling the interwebs myself lately. Two man with gear is really 3 man territory.

Have looked at some of the ultralight weight ones and it seems they are either made of cling film, or with the American ones especially, the inners are made from a pair of fishnet stockings and pricy – Mutha Hubba HP, go-lite shangri-la, northface rock 3.

Robens are worth a look for quality at simplyhike, and i did find a roomy light one called Coleman Novae – 1.8 2 man or 2.3kg 3 man.

But I’m coming round to the idea you need two, a solo one < 2kg tent and 3 man up to 3.5kg which you share carrying.

Prefer dome types, top of my list at the moment for an all rounder is the Terratrio 3p – 2.8kg although not really a dome. Vaude have a few lighter ones too.

    http://www.ubergear.co.uk/vaude-terratrio-3p.html

Am am also going to take a look at a Vango Mirage 300 at go-outdoors, 4m2 but a bit hefty at 3.6kgs.

I added some brass washers to the ring bolts one one of my bikes to widen the space because of a similar issue. Worked a treat, took a while to get the front derailleur set up though.

That Sottish bird was Catelyn Stark’s mad sister. That’s all I have to add.

Other than the whole cave painting still makes no sense. If it was an invitation then why not drop off a death capsule instead. If it was a warning why not slap put a big scull & crossbones next to the map.

AMD llano processors on entry level laptops have a built in GPU for better gaming. The processors are called something like ‘AMD A4-3300M’, that one is about i3 equivalent.

Here’s a Thinkpad with one at a pretty good price: http://www.play.com/PC/PCs/4-/30975078/Lenovo-ThinkPad-Edge-12003GG-39-6-cm-LED-Laptop-AMD-A4-3300M-1-90-GHz-Black-1366-x-768-WXGA-Display-4-GB-RAM-500-GB-HDD/Product.html?_%24ja=tsid:11518|cat:30975078|prd:30975078

    One of these?

My ten year old picked up a scooter up from a carboot for a fiver with 12inch wheels, all his friends on their mini wheel ones keep asking for a swap.

Looks like this only is a steel frame. Have greased up and installed new brakes, we’re stripping it down for an urban camo paint job this weekend. Almost as much fun as working on the bikes.

Ikea Worktops are a good option built a desk / bench for the garage and put a PC on one end and vice the other.

Trouble is they’re just a bit short on depth, so I cut one down it’s length to extend the back then made a raised monitor shelf for the back using the other half and a 2″ strip off the bottom piece to cover the join like a step. Weighs a frigging ton.

Also used their kitchen units reinforced a bit to sit it on. Ended up costing twice what I budgeted but you could sit a hippo on it. Only tools you need is a cheap circular saw and a drill.

or just buy a table and use that

    Or that.
