My daughters just done the app course at school, she’s 15. Although it’s so dumbed down with a GUI it’s fairly pointless IMO. Before that they learn HTML which is more useful.

Have to ask what you’re hoping to achieve though. Useful stuff to do programming jobs is going to be at A-Level and above or self taught as an adult.

You don’t need to know how to ‘code’ (what ever that means) unless you’re a programmer anyway. And that’s not the most lucrative of career paths. If you think they’re gonna invent a new facebook, keep dreaming.

But from watching many stages of the milk race, the tour of britain and a few other road races

TDF at least on the continent usually involves a lot more spectacle, crazy floats, dancing girls, freebies, Haribo!

Sure its the council’s? Where I live the spare bits belong to the company that originally built the houses. The’re responsible for tree damage etc and have to pay for maintenance.

My options selections (allegedly) meant I ‘had’ to take typing at school (proper typewriters). That must be where the ‘correct’ use of double space came from for me. And actually being one of only two guys in a class of 14 year old girls turned out a lot better than I expected. Still can’t touch type though.

We’ve recently been showing a queue of what seem to be just nosey old ladies round our house. I’ve never known an estate agent offer to do the viewing unless it was an unlived in total wreck. Is it a south of Watford thing? Or just for Millionaire Row?

Double spacer but don’t care what other people do.

That makes me be both traditional and liberal, so I proclaim myself winner of the thread.

Not watched all the above but imagine realistic would not make good watching.

Experience of shooting animals makes me question the way in movies one bullet is instant death. That’s unlikely unless you hit a 2 inch square area in the head or heart. And you’re not gonna make a shot like that on a moving target.

From experience of paint balling you never see who shot you and it’s usually in the back.

Not that Assad is a big ally but thought it was cos the rebels have Al Qaeda ties.

Edit, also Russia is an Assad ally and we don’t want world war 3?

York is only an hour a way? York Cycleworks has a few higher end demo bikes and there is a Giant Store, not been in there yet so can’t comment on demo bikes. Cyclestreet is worth a visit too.

Son was up and running age 4 after a couple of sessions. For his (slightly older) sister it was well past 7, not for the want of trying.

Some kids just take longer. Keep the sessions regular and short, so you don’t lose your temper!

Depends how long the work takes, couple of hours is one thing, 10 hours at that rate is taking the mick. Just ask for ‘job’ quote.

    This Place

Middle of country / nowhere, Britain’s largest forest, can ride to trails from campsite, barbeques allowed, walking distance to pub, amazing skies at night.

I don’t understand how it’s even possible to rub your leg, I’m going to have to go for a ride round the block to try it out.

If the V lookup is a bit puzzling try this in C1

    =IF(A1=”GBP”,$H$5,IF(A1=”USD”,$H$6,IF(A1=”EUR”,$H$7,IF(A1=”AAA”,$H$8,IF(A1=”BBB”,$H$9,0)))))

Where H5 to H9 has your exchange rates in.

Or the V lookup is =VLOOKUP($A1,$G$5:$H$9,2,FALSE)

Where your symbols are in col G startig at row 5 and rates in H. Don’t forget the $ to stop the table moving when you drag the formula.

Worked away a couple of weeks once. Asked my son (about 6 or 7 at the time) if he missed me. He said he’d just forgotten I existed. 😥

No NE accents so it’s null and void.

Been using a J&L for a few years, been fine. It’s the super light one and I use it for the CX / Road. Not sure I’d put it on a MTB, the way it connects to the rails isn’t the most robust. But they have other models now.

Only done one set but dead easy, once you’ve done 3 spokes you just repeat. Also used wheel-pro but plenty of you tube vids.

^^^ wat they said, narrower means a bit lighter and a bit higher pressure, feels so nippier but I bet the average speed is negligible.

Am six foot and I ride with ef TT of 56cm but most would say its on the small/low end for that height. But I’ve tried 58 and 57 too and find 56cm suits me. Depends on a lot of other body measurements besides height. And geometry to a degree.

Relax, from what my kids tell me Secondary schools are pretty much inline with your agnostic views (presumably not the catholic or Churchy academies though). For primary does it really matter? At that age the pros out weigh the cons, and most kids are in two minds about Father Christmas still.

Built some XT hubs up with Halo Aerotrack. Same weight as open pros but stiffer, 32 hole, 19mm. I’ve had 25mm to 2.1s on. Under £25 if you shop around. Deep rims look cool and lots of colours to choose from:

I’d probably focus on an efficient query for one ‘type’, nail that then repeat it for the next type with a union between to return two rows.

Would like to help but can’t make head ner tail of the problem:

There are two tables Account, RefData_Load_Log?

    They are joined by LoadId

When you say types of data you mean ??? Which table what…

Why are we counting? This is not Oracle anyway so I’m out.
