Recently put on full guards, presumably a longer bolt will let you use the same hole, the disc racks have spacers anyway.

Love my Kaffenback. Tourer, hub geared, flat barred, fat tyres, skinny tyres. Every time feels like a new bike. Went single speed at the weekend just waiting for the bullhorns to be delivered for my about town and commuting incarnation.

Take a look here: http://www.spanner.org.uk/ or google ‘XACD custom ti frame’. Ordered my custom road frame with discs emailing Porter direct two or three years ago, still more than happy. Specified all the tubes / angles, change from £500 inc postage.

After a fair few mistakes over the years have by necessity painfully learnt to take more note of virtual TT, head/seat tube angles even stack height. Along with building up personal prefernces. Narrows down choices but also seemingly the number of frames I get through. Same goes for fully rigid off road, but you still have to give these things a good try else you might be missing out.

If you think that’s bad try Rome, there’s a distinct absence of cyclists but the mopeds make up for it weaving through crowds of crossing pedestrians. If you’re not in a group you are not safe from cars either.

Green man means nothing, red lights are completely ignored for anyone turning right, or the traffic lights work differently over there.

46 / Pass, some of the answers must be wrong. They did mention a cycling lane too.

Was in the vodafone the other day and heard them say unused credit carries over. Could be this one:

Moto x play is top of my list at the mo, available to order from yesterday: 21 MP camera and 5.5” 1080p HD screen & whopping 3630 mAh battery. New Moto G doesnt seem like an upgrade on the old, would have considered if it had a HD screen as it’s waterproof.

Have also been considering last year’s flagship models at knock down prices like the moto x 2nd gen, better spec but not the big battery. Or LG G2 but they are hard to find new. LG4c is similar spec to the new moto g same screen size but but more compact.

Recon battery life is gonna be the deal breaker. Oneplus two is out and must be best spec for price?

But to learn how to break an animal’s neck sounds like something a budding serial killer would do as a child.

Or a gamekeeper would be taught at Agricultural college. Along with how to dispatch anything up to the size of a deer on a public highway where firearms are prohibited and with the police present. Rocks don’t quite cut it.

    Hold it by its ears.

    :?:

Pick up by the back legs with your left hand, right hand finger & thumb round back of the neck, straighten your arm & stretch till you hear a crack.

44, 6ft, 79kg. Lost about 5kg recently, trouser size went from 38 to 34. Tape measure is most important.

Don’t like the idea of being 70kg to be healthy, ^ also thinking of starting strength training.

Comes across as I hope I don’t sound whenever I talk with someone important, nervous and self conscious. PR grooming is actually what’s needed, you’d think Sky would stump up cash for some to drop the annoying ‘Ummms’ and inject some emotion and humour into answers to appear more personable and human. Learning some French might help too or can he already speak it?

Chromebook for sure, you’d pay more than double for a windows laptop that was as light and booted as fast as a Chromebook, + battery life + cloud storage + anti-virus. Made the switch a year ago and no regrets. Take a look at the Toshiba CB2 with HD screen.

Presumably the iPad was his not one you bought and were letting him use? Secondly, kids don’t always know that age how to react or necessarily display their true feelings.

For seemingly no reason one evening apart from watching a very disturbing film started sweating really profusely, absolutely dripping for ten minutes or so. Was a few years back, never happened again.

You will start getting letters about tax returns etc now, is a lot easier with the on line systems though.

Have shed a few kgs the last month doing as advised above, myfitnesspal + healthy food + daily exercise, Endomondo will sync the calories burned.

Only word of warning, it’s tempting to cut calories too much at first, you get a big quick loss but the diet is unsustainable and upping it to a manageable level will see some weight gain even below daily recommended, did for me anyway. Was considering the 5:2 but the weight eventually started to drop of again. Could just have been water, as also mentioned tape measure is a better indicator than scales.

Recently cut out the cheeses (pizza) didn’t miss it after a week. Like goats cheese but don’t ‘kid’ yourself it is any different to cow’s. Out of Almond, Rice and Soya have settled for Soya on cereal, switched to green tea instead of coffee. Don’t read labels but avoid the obvious stuff like mayonnaise, chocolate and desserts. That must cover 95%? Only really miss creamy soups.
